Micro SD card is way to small and Full SD card is way too big. I’m not sure what size SD card it takes but as shown in the pictures it is not Micro SD or Full SD

I had to install an upgrade to get it set up. That caused the touch screen not to work. Spent a lot of time until I found that out. Had contacted Amazon and the manufacturer and neither were aware of this. Returned and got a refund which wasted my rime, obviously. The whole situation was frustrating

Hes only had it a month, but he likes it, so far so good. Nice large screen. Like the versatility. Good resolution.

He was overjoyed. kept saying I have a computer all my own and no he does not have brothers or sisters. I wanted it for him because he was going to be homeschooled and I want him to be able to learn

This was the best Christmas present I bought myself. I love this device. I highly recommend the purchase of this product.

I got this for my school age child. He had to have MS Office Suite, MS Teams, online learning portals, a web cam, good internet….you get the idea. This didn’t hesitate on any apps, downloads, etc. It’s very easy for him to use. My mom (she’s 78) got one for herself too.

Dont know if I would have been a happy with this paying full price. But since I got it on Black Friday, it was a great upgrade for when I need it outside of my work laptop. Its small, but heavier than my previous Chromebook (probably because of the touch screen). I noticed it runs warmer and battery life not as great as my old (2020) HP 11 Chromebook that has the same processor.

I use it to pay my bills only. I got everything I need to pay there. That way my payments are always on time.
