The only feature that makes this CB somewhat interesting is the touchscreen. And ofc - That does NOT work right out of the box. It has literally nothing else going for it.

Bought this for my mother as a Christmas present. She has very basic needs for a computer: email, browsing, YouTube, Word, printing, and occasionally scanning.

I bought this to use it for a touchscreen laptop, but then discovered the touchscreen stopped working after an automatic update which I couldn’t prevent. I’m never buying this product again and will be sending it back for a much better touchscreen Chromebook. Don’t waste your money on it like I did because the touchscreen will immediately stop working after an OS update and you can’t get it back.

Just received yesterday and in less than 24 hours Touch Screen no longer working! I saw the reviews from others having similar issues but chose to still give it a shot. Regrettably I too am experiencing the same problem and will be returning this item.

Nice size, form factor and finish. Display was a bit dim but decent. Keyboard and touchpad all responsive. My main reason for buying this was the ability to use it as a tablet to run Android apps. With the touchscreen being defective upon opening this new item, it was useless to me. Returned it. I was shocked at the lack of quality control that would allow a non-functioning touch screen to leave the factory-one of the main features customers would select this item. Reading other reviews would make one believe this is a rather common defect on this item. IF the touch screen had functioned I would say this was an outstanding value.

I like how flexible it is. I dont use touch screen much but its such a cool added feature.
