Really great light weight computer. The only knock is the battery needs recharging at around 5 hours.

I purchased my first Levovo Chromebook after previously using Acer Chromebooks. So far, Ive been very satisfied with the Levovo. I was especially grateful that all my files were transferred over from my old Chromebook without any problems

Many people commented that the touchscreen stopped working after updating to Chrome OS v. 92. This was a temporary issue and has been corrected. I just purchased this Chromebook and am quite pleased with it. It automatically updated to Chrome OS v. 94 and the touchscreen continues to work perfectly. While not a powerhouse, it is more than sufficient for office tasks, streaming movies, web browsing and the like. For its price it can’t be beat. This is my second Chromebook. I have been in the computer field my entire life, own 3 Windows PCs, a MacBook Air, 2 iPads, and an Android tablet so I have tried them all. I also teach computer science and programming so I am quite familiar with various computers and technologies.

We bought this computer as a gift for my daughters graduation, so we bought it early and then gave it to her when she graduated. She then took it out off the box and charged it and began to set it up. Thats when the problems started, first the computer would freeze or shut completely down in only a matter of minutes. So we were unable to fill out the warranty or do anything with the computer. We called Lenovo the manufacturer. So when we did they said because the warranty wasnt filled out that they would have to check on it and get back to us in a few days. Its been weeks since we have talked to them and still no answer. After a few weeks, I called Lenovo and they were willing to honor warranty, but why should I fix a brand new item that never worked in the first place? They told me to contact the seller. I messaged the seller and have received absolutely no response. So Im writing this review to let people know that the seller doesnt back their products and not to buy anything from them and Im sorry for writing a review like this I normally have really good things to say about purchases from Amazon. Those who read this I thank you and I hope it makes you think twice about purchasing a computer through Amazon or Lenovo. Amazon has agreed to let me return and has refunded this purchase without seller involvement.

Do not buy unless they fix the touch screen failure after OS updates...

I bought this for my son for Christmas. He loves the folding keyboard, the touch screen and how fast it is. I plan to buy a second one for my other son.
