> 3 dayI bought this for a bathroom remodel project where I didnt have a lot of space for my large shop vacuum. I also combined this with a cyclone attachment after reading other reviews about the filter getting clogged. Even with using the cyclone, the main filter still clogs quickly and causes it to not suck anymore. The filter is easy to clean and get it back up and sucking but its still inconvenient.

> 3 dayThought we could buy a hand held rechargeable in the $35 range, and you can. Talked to a couple of friends who shared stories of battery failures, broken components that are not available for replacement on the budget models. THIS VACUUM IS AWESOME! As I already own many 18v LI battery Makita tools and batteries, it was the logical choice. Most of our floors are hardwood and this vacuum does an outstanding job cleaning up after our three Westhighland White terriers and a ginger cat. Very light and maneuverable, will access many places our ac powered vac wont go. Wont replace our ac vac for our deep pile carpeted areas where a beater bar is a must.

> 3 dayThis isnt going to compete against a well-made, large vacuum, but for small clean-ups, its marvelous. The filter is easy to clean, and even when the dirt reservoir fills up, it still retains its effectiveness.

> 3 daybought this vacum 2 years ago works good! not for thick or shag carpet great for hard wood tile or any hard suface works good on tight weave carpet perfect for me i dont have any shag style carpet, just wanted to add my review after reading others reviews. this vacum is great for quick clean ups before moping and maintenance! not for deep cleaning on carpets you really need somthing that has a motor driven roller brush for that. the plastic tank does crack and break as i saw on others reviews mine has some cracks. when i saw the cracks i odrered a spare tank for $15.00 havent used it yet but i have it just in case. very easy to use and light wieght beats having to plug in a cord and roll it up you spill you can vacum it up and put the vacum away in a minute or 2 very nice

> 3 dayWith three hairy, constantly shedding dogs in our 6,000 sq ft house, this makes capturing those inevitable dust bunnies an easy task. Add to that the light weight, good power, and standard Makita batteries (which we have plenty of) this not only saves time but our backs as well as we can just walk around and make quick work of our daily cleaning task.

> 3 dayWorks for our needs on hardwood floors. Suction could be better. Easy to use. You have to press and hold the button while vacuuming which is a bit annoying. Wish there was a button to keep it on so we dont have to keep holding it.

Greater than one weekI had to tie a rubber band around the handle to roll up over the power button which saves my fingers from having to hold it down while I’m vacuuming. An annoying flaw in design, but that’s the only real complaint I have with it. It’s definitely not designed for carpeted floors or rugs but can do the job with some extra effort.

> 3 dayI bought this for my daughter as a gift because I love this product and have two of these myself. I use them when I clean houses as well as in my own home. Great for collecting dust, fuzz, hair, and small particulate matter, and fog R getting in corners. I bought an extra battery. Nothing wrong with the battery it comes with. The battery with the purchase is good for about 15 minutes. I like the option of having one charge while I work. Not a complaint because having a vacuum that you can use for corners and as described and not having to be connected to a cord is wonderful. I keep my batteries fully charged. Great product. I also picked this one online because it has all the parts and didn’t require buying it piecemeal.
