Hubby likes these lights, he didn’t have a problem installing them. They’re simple, push in the blue spring clip and pop in the drywall. No trim needed. He also likes that they would be easily removed if needed. They are dimmable, and have different white settings. They come in a handy 12 pack, so we had enough to set up the family room. Very convenient. Would definitely get these again.

Dont have the time to return / contact them. I need more but am going to buy another brand. The ones that work are fine.

I got these to replace smaller, 3 inch recessed lights in my wifes medical practice. The holes for the old lights were too small, so I used a 4 inch hole saw with my drill to make the holes larger, but still found that I needed to notch out several places for the light to fit. They are easy to connect and can have direct contact with insulation, so it didnt take a lot of time to get them installed. The old lights had a flicker to them that causes headaches to people, but these do not seem to have the same issue and have, so far, been an excellent replacement. Im a little confused for the listing as suitable for wet locations since the only thing supporting that claim is a thin rubber-like gasket where the lights meet the ceiling. I would recommend not putting these in a shower or sauna (or similar wet area). In summary, they are reasonably priced lights that are easy to install.

These are great lights and easy to install. I did purchase a 6.1 inch circular saw for my drill to make cutting the holes a lot easier. No need for wire nuts because each light has the push connectors already attached with three additional connection holes for each wire. That makes it very simple to connect the lights to each other. Be sure you choose your light setting before placing them in the ceiling or you may have a difficult time getting them back out.

Ive installed the old fashioned can lights and I am now really tired of the openess of the cans where I am constantly wiping out cobwebs and dust. I love the thinness and look of these where they blend into a white ceiling when off. I am installing these in my main and second bathroom remodels, and the color settings that I can set for a specific use, i.e. vanity lighting, toilet area, etc. are really a plus. If I decide I dont light the light color, I can change this on a step stool by pulling the light from the ceiling and reseting the switch. Very happy with them!

I got the 6 Hey baby pack LED recessed lighting with nightlight. It has 5 different white temperature settings. It was easy to install and comes with a template if needed. You just have to pick your temperature setting that is located on the junction box that you put in the ceiling. The night light is an automatic low brightness, warm white color. You can only use the down light or the night light at a single time. I like this set, because I can keep my neutral or daylight white color temperature for the down light, and still have the warm light by using the nightlight feature.

So these lights fade down really well and they were super easy to install and connect.. The only thing that I would really suggest is that they supply more than one template just in case you lose or cut your current template.. but thats not really the end of the world Wires were top-notch in the housing seem to be made great and didnt leave any burrs after I knocked out the knockout piece.. quick wearing connectors make it easy for everybody to do the job and really secure the wire in place inside the housing.. these are a great value for the money and I really enjoyed putting these up again stress-free if I hit a stud or ceiling truss..

Meconard 12 Pack 6 Inch 5CCT LED Canless Recessed Lighting with Night Light, 2700K/3000K/3500K/4000K/5000K Selectable Ultra-Thin LED Ceiling Lights, 12W=110W, 1050LM, Dimmable Wafer Downlight ETL&FCC The clips for the mounting are a lot easier than some of the other canless lights that use cheap strands of metal to catch the side of where you install them. These ones can either clip on to the ceiling or if you still have can covers above the light holes, they will easily apply pressure to the side walls to keep them up. Looking at the internal components of the controller box, they could have easily just built that in to the light and have it as one unit. But you have to find a place to secure the box which takes away from what could have been a very simple install. The lights are nice a bright and the variable options and night light are great features for these at the cost.

Ive been loving these recessed lights, in particular the Meconard brand! Ive gotten several of basically the same lights from multiple vendors -- Theyre very, VERY easy to install, just grab a cable clamp for the knockout an, drop a couple of screws to mount the junction box and theyre in! The Meconard lights seem to be the best of the bunch so far, and they come with a nice cardstock template for cutting the mounting hole into the ceiling or wherever you intend to mount it. The adjustable LED temperature for the light is a HUGE plus, and the quality of the included push-to-connect fittings to connect the mains wires to the light is excellent. The electrical push-to-connect connectors inside the junction box are of a very high quality, as are all the wires and connectors, which really inspires confidence in the longevity of the product. Definitely watch the lumens output on these lights, its 100% worth it to get some of the slightly lower output lights and just do more of them. These are also brighter than you think. Double check your ETL certificates! Absolute 5 star product, one of my favorite Ive gotten off Amazon!
