These are really nice lights. They arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. I had them installed in my kitchen which only had three pendant lights. What a difference these made, I can see everything so much better now. They are a great price too. Definitely recommend.

I love the night light feature of these can lights and its something that Ive never seen before! They also have different light options, which are selected by a switch (see my close up pic). Great value at $69.99 for the 6-pack, which was the price when I ordered them on 2/21/23.

Ive installed the old fashioned can lights and I am now really tired of the openess of the cans where I am constantly wiping out cobwebs and dust. I love the thinness and look of these where they blend into a white ceiling when off. I am installing these in my main and second bathroom remodels, and the color settings that I can set for a specific use, i.e. vanity lighting, toilet area, etc. are really a plus. If I decide I dont light the light color, I can change this on a step stool by pulling the light from the ceiling and reseting the switch. Very happy with them!

I got these to replace my traditional high hats, and wow, what a difference. I had really bright bulbs in the recessed lights, but it always felt like most of the light was getting lost inside the cans, these made a tremendous difference. Theyre as easy to install a many of these lights, but the lead in wires already come with push in connectors integrated (if you prefer write nuts or lever locks, theres plenty of slack to cut them off and start over). The push-ins have three available slots, and the wiring boxes have three knock out holes, so you can easily daisy chain the lights, feeding up to two lights from each one. The five color temperature levels let you select your preferred lighting color with greater accuracy, and are really easy to change, with a positive stop at each setting, so you arent likely to overshoot. My only gripe may not be an issue for most people. Im very sensitive to color fidelity, and these are maybe 80% at best. Most of the lighting in my house is 90%+, and to me that makes a big difference. However, most residential lighting is 80%,and the room in using them in the color spectrum isnt that important.

I ordered the 12-pack of these. I’m installing them in bedrooms. Placing them about two feet out in each corner gives bright, even lighting. It seems counterintuitive, but placing these around the perimeter of a room works better than placing them in the middle. The ETL certification is listed on ETL’s search site. I don’t understand the wet location claim as these lights are not sealed. They are IC rated for direct contact with insulation. I tested them against other LED lights and the color temperature appears accurate. A sampling of three lights all drew 10 watts each. The CRI isn’t listed. They look to be around 80 when comparing them to CRI 95 lamps shining on red oak floors. Ok for bedrooms but if you need accurate color rendering, big box and lighting stores carry CRI 95+, at a much higher price. The junction box is solid enough, and the lights themselves are better made than most of these cheaper varieties.

These lights seem well-made and we have already installed them to replace old lights that did not always work properly. These burn steady and dont get hot. They look great.

These are very nice looking, slim profile “panel” type led lights. They are the flush mount can-less style, with an exposed flat flange ring of less than an 1/8 inch thick. The cutout hole is 6-1/8” diameter, and the trim covers a diameter of approximately 6-5/8. I was replacing an existing 6” led panel light and found that this particular light had a slightly smaller diameter, so if you are doing a retrofit, you may want to check the size of your existing opening against these measurements. Installation is very straight forward. These are meant to be installed in ceilings or walls with enough interior space to fit the included 4” x 2-3/4” x 1-3/8” metal junction/control box and a shorth length of cable; directly wired to a switched light circuit. The provided J-box opens up with a little swing type door which was easy to open by hand, and snaps snugly closed after you make the wiring connections to your light circuit. There are 3 knock-outs which have slots for a screwdriver, but I was able to simply bend and break it off by hand. You will need to provide your own a push-in plastic strain relief to protect the wires coming into the J-box. In the back of the box there are 2 “teardrop” mounting holes for attachment to your ceiling joist if required by your local codes. Each of the internal ground, hot and neutral wires are already attached to their own 4 conductor push-in wire connector, ready to connect to your house wiring. Upon closer inspection, I saw that the existing braided wires were pre-tinned before they were inserted into the connectors at the factory; which I thought was a good indication of the quality of this product. The light panel is cabled to the J-box with a 22 awg PVC coated cable which has an overall length 14”, secured to the light housing with a plastic strain relief clamp, reducing the length to 12”. The quick disconnect plug is located in the middle of the cable, and is keyed internally with a small tab, as well as indicator arrows on the connector to ensure that it is plugged in correctly. It also has a plastic screw-on ring to keep the connector from pulling apart, and it’s easily disassembled for swap-out. The light fixture itself has a nice clean bright white matte finish on the bezel, and the panel face looks to be a textured thick plastic with a slight off-white color. The specs indicate that these consume 12 watts, are dimmable and suitable for damp locations (not direct contact with water, though). Operationally, the light energizes almost instantly with a barely imperceptible delay, and has a slight afterglow which fades quickly when switched off. The light color temperature is switchable from soft white, bright white or daylight (3000/4000/5000K). The color selection slider switch is located on the metal control/junction box, so keep accessibility in mind when installing it. My test installation only involved one led light out of the 12 that I obtained; however, I plan to install 8 more when I complete our kitchen upgrade shortly. I will update my review if I observe any inconsistencies in the operation or quality of the remaining lights in this set, however currently I am very impressed with the quality of this product.

Incredibly low profile. First impressions are good. Will update once installed.

I was extremely surprised at the quality and construction of these lights. They are a relatively easy and budget friendly way to update your house. The plug and play setup of these lights make it so easy to install or replace existing outdated lights. The control box is so light you could easily just lay it on top of your drywall if mounting to joist is too difficult. It is also fairly small so if your light placement ends up having a joist running down the middle of your hole you can still get the box into the ceiling. The lights are quite shallow as well so it should still sit flush. The retaining arms are tight enough to keep the light up but not so tight that its difficult to install or remove. I love the range of color temperature, however. The only downside is having to select which color temperature you want from each individual box so if you want to make a room warmer or cooler you have to do it at each box.
