> 3 dayI recently had the opportunity to try out the Ultra Slim canless LED lights, and I have to say, Im thoroughly impressed! Not only does this recessed light have a sleek and modern design, but its also incredibly easy to install. One of the standout features of this light trim is its selectable 5 CCT (correlated color temperature) options. This means that you can choose from a range of different color temperatures to suit your needs and preferences, whether you want a warm and cozy ambiance or a cool and crisp lighting effect. Additionally, the night light feature is a nice touch that adds a subtle and comforting glow to your space. But perhaps the best thing about this recessed light trim is its energy efficiency. With its integrated LED technology, it uses far less energy than traditional light bulbs, which means you can save money on your energy bill while also doing your part for the environment. Overall, I would highly recommend these slim recessed LED lights to anyone looking for a high-quality and energy-efficient lighting solution for their home or office. Typical Dad Approved!!

> 3 dayThese are pretty much exactly what you want for pot lights. No more need for deep can installations. And those got hot, sometimes needed insulation, etc. These are so slim and easy to install. If these are a retrofit, you can have them in there almost as quickly as changing a light bulb. The major plus in these is the night light. At bedtime, I can give the switch a waggle and they go into night mode. Its a wee bit bright with the six of them - but works for an hour. Ive got the switch to Alexa, so its timed to turn off after. The color adjustment makes for perfect room aesthetics and then rather than wire nuts, the trend is WAGOs. These are knock-offs but work great. The quality is hard to say thus far. The connection box metal is a bit thin but fine. Maybe this is a bit lower quality than the build of the old cans, but likely it is all it needs. My guess is ten years before needing service. This is a great set at a great price.

> 3 dayBuild Quality: I was impressed with the build quality for the price. The lights were pretty rigid. the plastic finish and translucent diffuser were all perfect with no scratches. The electrical box was of good quality. and closed well. Installation / size and trim tolerance.. Installation is straight forward and pretty simple for these types of lights. They fit my existing ~6 hole but I did notice the diameter was slightly larger than 6 as some of the screws have a bit of an extension (see 7th picture) and there isnt much of a Lip to cover the hole difference. In short you will need to have a very tight tolerance on your holes. If you use these light I suggest removing the clips from one of the lights, cutting a 5 and 3/4 , then lightly rasp the drywall and the fit should be about right. Brightness vs Color Temp: The lights look good and equally bright regardless of the color temp. Extend your life: The light has 2 sets of LEDS: 3000k and 5000k. I recommend going with the mid color (4000K) which will use both the 3000k and 5000k LEDs for the longest life of the fixture. (the LEDs are driven half as hard as a strictly 3000k or strictly 5000k setting) Final thoughts: These are good lights that I recommend.

> 3 dayWe got these lights to use in our basement/laundry room areas. We had already gotten similar style lights for our kitchen, so we thought wed grab these for the basement due to the ease of installation because we dont need to install can fixtures for this style recessed lighting. This brand is actually pretty good. I actually like these better than the brand we got for our kitchen, but we dont feel like rewiring all the boxes over again. Wiring the boxes is not difficult, but since the lights in the kitchen work OK well just use these for the basement like we intended. These boxes are nice and compact and the wired connectors are just push in style. The wires stay in there securely and you dont have to mess with twisting wires and screwing on caps. Once the box is wired in, it just sits up in the hole where the light is to go. Dont worry, there is an included template for the diameter hole you need. We just used a hole-saw, which I highly recommend. Select which type of light glow/intensity you want prior to clipping your light in place. I like that these have such a range of light, from warm to cool and even one that looks similar to daylight. We like to pick the brightest, which is 5000K, and just use a dimmer switch. The hardest part of installing these lights is just running your own wire to get power to the boxes. I love that you dont have to install can fixtures for these lights. Theyre super lightweight, so the side clips hold them up in the sheet rock hole just fine. I took a picture of the light before we actually installed them into the ceiling (husband wired it), just to see how well they work. The work great and I cant wait to light up my laundry room area with these.

> 3 dayVery easy to install - Ive done a dozen at this point. Good selection of light temperatures, I tend to the lower end as I like the more natural hues. The junction box is small and a bit cramped, plus none of these ever have the knock-out grommets to protect the wire. Oh well - but they work!!! I really like the night light feature - that is great. They dim pretty well, but the night light is less in your face. If you have all the tools and access above your ceiling its pretty simple to get these installed. My access was limited and it required a lot of drilling, cutting, etc. Old homes are a challenge. Works well with my dimmer and serves the purpose. Very happy with these lights!

> 3 dayLike many of the similar products out there this one does exactly what we need. It provides a good amount of light. It was really easy to install and connect the wires using the push pin system they use, making it really easy to daisy chain the next light in the row. Comes with a switch to decide what light color you want ranging from 5K to 2700. I dont have them connected to a dimmer so I cant answer for the dimming quality. They are connected to a motion sensor switch and go on right away when I walk into the room.

> 3 dayI ordered these LED recessed ceiling lights to upgrade my house from the old school can light that it came with. the main reason for this is to brighten up the house and reduce the energy consumption. These LED recessed lights are nice as you can pretty much install them anywhere even if theres a stud in the way. I think its a nice touch that these have a switch to change color temperature and with the junction box being separated form the light, wiring of these lights are a piece of cake. for rooms that need additional lighting, you can cut the hole in ceiling and not worry about studs. the spring loaded clamps are sturdy and keep the light clamped in place.

> 3 daySo these lights fade down really well and they were super easy to install and connect.. The only thing that I would really suggest is that they supply more than one template just in case you lose or cut your current template.. but thats not really the end of the world Wires were top-notch in the housing seem to be made great and didnt leave any burrs after I knocked out the knockout piece.. quick wearing connectors make it easy for everybody to do the job and really secure the wire in place inside the housing.. these are a great value for the money and I really enjoyed putting these up again stress-free if I hit a stud or ceiling truss..

> 3 dayOur home was built in the age of lamps only so we felt like we were in a cave all the time. We put 6 of these in our main bedroom and I can not believe the difference it made. They were simple to install. We bought a drill attachment that cut the holes just right and had to get wiring. Overall in about 3 hours total we had 6 working lights. Love that there are alternate levels of brightness. We set this to to medium and I really like the brightness. It’s not overly yellow or blue from warm or cool settings just nice clean light. We have several other rooms needing these and will be getting more.
