Didn’t find any accessible information on the free windows 11. There was “NO” mention that you had to buy the software and that it wasn’t included already downloaded. I think people should be aware of that. It was very upsetting because I now have to pay for the software every year!!!

This laptop was purchased right before Christmas & less than 2 weeks with it it is already having software issues. Please do not waste your time with this laptop, or any Microsoft products that is using Windows 10

I love it! the fingerprint works perfect. it is fast. the touch screen works fine. the only thing the battery does not last all day as they say. but im really happy with this purchase.

The things that I like about this laptop: It’s portable and compact. The support team provided unlimited support to get it set up since it lacked directions. The man in support stayed on the phone with me for over an hour to get me set up running. He took me through testing various commands on the laptop. He went through everything by taking me step by step to get completely SET up. He was extremely patient. And he tested everything with me and knew what he was talking about. So kind.

Its a fine, standard laptop for 2020 that isnt expensive. In my opinion, WAY better than Asus Chromebooks. Im a teacher who has to teach virtually during lockdown, so Im streaming audio and video all day long. I have to say -- for a relatively inexpensive laptop, it handles the streaming well. It does get overwhelmed and slow down when Im in 2 or more Google Classrooms simultaneously and have open multiple windows and 20+ tabs, but I dont think the laptop is to blame, more the crazy demands of virtual teaching. The camera is a huge upgrade from my 2011 Asus laptop. WARNING: theres only 1 usb port, so that Anker multi-port plug-in is a MUST. But its very cheap compared to what Best Buy tried to sell me ($15 vs. $90!!) and works flawlessly. I bought it here along with the laptop.

Excellent screen quality, smooth touch, the battery life is great, Im very satisfied with this product

The only complaints I have so far are that the keyboard doesnt seem to have a backlight for making being in the dark with it easier, nor does the mouse/finger pad work like normal. I cannot for the life of me figure out if its a user problem or a computer problem. I have had to install a wireless mouse to use for when Im trying to select text to copy or drag and drop or whatever. I have to use the touchscreen if I want to move the windows around. All this because the parts of the finger pad that are supposed function as the right/left clicks do not appear to be working.

I took a while to write this because I wanted to use this laptop a little. I got the 8gb RAM 256gb of space. This is a fine laptop. I find the size to be very nice, I have no troubles with the keyboard (if youre buying from another country youll face the common issues with the specific characters related to the country youre buying from, but like I said, I have no troubles with that). The appearance of the laptop is very elegant and the touchscreen works very good. It only has three ports (one USB standard, the USB-C, and the audio jack, if Im correct), if you need more you have to get the adaptor, I wouldnt mind if there was another USB Standard at least.
