> 3 dayA bit small at first sight for a working man. Set was easy and my Husband was more than pleased with the keyboard. The processor is fast and saves him time and frustration. I may get one too.

> 3 dayThis is an scam, this product has very bad quality, its seem not to be original due to the quality of the box and the quality of the device itself.

> 3 dayThis product is advertised as new but I was sent an open box item with no protective stickers, minor dings on the body, fingerprints all over the screen. Clearly a used item. It did not power on though I didnt bother to try and charge it just returned.

> 3 dayPiece of garbage. Flickering screen and charger that wont charge. Sent it back after hours on the phone with Microsoft customer service, only to receive a new device with the exact same issues. They also required a hold for the full amount of the device (about $700) while the new one was being mailed and the original one was being returned. Very frustrating and inconvenient experience.

Greater than one weekSolid computer. In the sense that it feels sturdy and solid, and as well as for getting stuff done as well. Would recommend highly for school and day to day computer needs!

> 3 dayThis is my first Microsoft laptop so I took quite a bit of time living with and testing it before sitting down to write this review. My take is that this is a really good device. All brand new computers are snappy and perform at their peak potential straight out the box in my experience; this Microsoft Surface, however, does so much better than other out the box laptop. Its remarkably fast, smooth, and totally glitch free. Im working from home these days relying heavily on video conferencing. The internal mic and camera in this laptop is far better than I expected, providing clear audio and crisp video, making redundant the peripherals I had to use for this because of the poor sound and image provided by the built-ins in my other computers. I dont habitually use the touch-screen feature on this Microsoft S but I did make a point of testing it extensively for this review. This feature was responsive, accurate, and although I dont do any form of art-work on (or off) a screen, this touch-screen feature seems to my eyes quite good for drawing. Theres only two ports on this device, one USB A and one C for externals, too few for my needs, but I have both a hub and a card-reader that resolved this issue. My initial thoughts about this laptop that it was a bit pricey, but closer inspection and use of it demonstrated that this price is reasonable: its solid-state internal hard drive, the high-quality processor that provides the aforementioned speed, video and sound quality, the touch-screen feature (for those who will use it), et. al. and its overall performance makes this computer worth the retail priced asked for it.
