Piece of garbage. Flickering screen and charger that wont charge. Sent it back after hours on the phone with Microsoft customer service, only to receive a new device with the exact same issues. They also required a hold for the full amount of the device (about $700) while the new one was being mailed and the original one was being returned. Very frustrating and inconvenient experience.

I was convinced by Amazon that buying renewed would be beneficial to the world and eco-friendly, so I trusted them and bought a renewed laptop. The laptop itself was great, I actually ended up loving the laptop. Everything worked fine and it seemed like new for the first week give or take... except for the charger. The charger is similar to Apples chargers in the sense that you can put in in any direction and it should still charge. Well, my charger right out of the box was already problematic and I had to angle it just right to get my laptop to charge. Fast forward to last night and my charger just stops working. I tried all the different angles and blowing into it and everything but my laptop will just not charge any more. Returning it ASAP since I literally cannot use it any more. /:

I bought this laptop because it looks cheaper. However it was locked in Windows S mode and doesn’t allow any other applications. I paid $99 online to upgrade out of S mode. You need to be careful when you see a cheaper item. It doesn’t come at all cheap.

Cable does not fit in

This computer is great. Bought it to use when I travel. Nice and small to fit into my backpack that I carry on the plane. Strong and mighty little gal. Highly recommend!

Just over 1 year of having this laptop it now randomly does not charge at all. No damage has been done to my laptop. No water or dropping yet randomly mid-week just doesnt charge or turn on.

I received this as a gift and was so super happy about it! i loved it - it was perfect! Perfect for working from home because of how small and light the laptop is and the processor was great, we have to use splashtop when we wfh. Im not sure if this was a manufacturers issue but my laptop would not charge anymore after only a month. I checked the charger, pulled it apart, changed power strips + change power outlets. Nothing!

The screen is so small. I’m having a hard time seeing it. Ughhhhh

This laptop is unbelievably light and small. I was surprised at how small when I unboxed it, you read 12.4 and you think its gonna be little but its really little. This is a completely new entry into the Microsoft Surface line of PC tablets, laptops, and desktops (Surface Studio). Its essentially just a smaller version of the Surface Laptop 3, it has the same ports as that computer (1 USB A 3.0, 1 USB C 3.1 gen 1, and 1 Surface Connect port for charging), The USB C port can also be used for charging with your own USB C Power Delivery wall charger. I would recommend using a 30 watt or higher and 45 watt would be best. The included power adapter charges via the Surface Connect port and is 39 watts.
