Miele Classic C1 Turbo Team Bagged Canister Vacuum, Tech Blue - Portable, Household

I love this vacuum. It’s very strong but amazingly lightweight. I use it on my hardwood floors and low pile rugs. Because it is light, it’s easy on my wooden stairs as well. My only suggestion would to make the cord a bit longer.

There’s nothing I dislike about this vacuum. I have always had a canister vacuum. When mine broke, I really wanted a cordless vacuum but none of them had the power I wanted. I also found emptying the cup nasty. This vacuum is very light and a breeze to pull along. The handle is very light and easy on my wrist. I pull this vacuum out every day, plug it in and get a fabulously clean floor, with not much hassle at all, because it is very lightweight. Before buying this vacuum I bought a top of the line cordless, with nothing but headaches. I’ll keep my tradition of a canister, knowing my home is really clean. I don’t even mind using this vacuum on my stairs because it’s so light. I call it my blue buddy. I’m very happy with this vacuum, best vacuum I’ve ever owned.

This vacuum has strong suction and is quiet and light. The hardwood attachment is fairly wide and does a good job on open areas. Its almost too wide for stairs if you are working your way down, but okay if moving up. The turbo carpet cleaner does a decent job, but if you turn the suction all the way up it will dig in making it hard to move back and forth across the carpet. The cord is shorter than what Im used to so I have to unplug it more often. Overall, Im satisfied with this vacuum and plan to keep it since most of my floors are hard wood. If I had a house full of carpet, Id get something with a better carpet cleaner.

It has been a long time since we purchased a new vacuum cleaner and we were worried that it would not be as good as our old one was. It was much better! I recommend this cleaner.

This little vacuum was thoughtfully designed. Since I only have one small area rug with the rest tile, I needed something that would work well for hard surface floor. Previous reviewers mentioned that it was difficult to push on carpet floors because the suction was so strong and I agree. This vacuum is light weight, easy to move around, has a holding place on the vacuum to hook in the cleaning head for storage. The motor vents thru the top of the vacuum as opposed to the back so it doesnt blow the dirt around. My only complaint is that I wish the cord was longer. The rewind is strong and works well. I have no stairs so cant comment on that. I definitely recommend this vacuum for hard floor use.

I am a dedicated Miele lover. I love the absolute quality of the machines, the reliability - just everything about them. However, my Classic C1 Turbo is much smaller than I expected. It is lightweight, and has terrific suction, but is hard to push across my rugs and carpet. I wish I would have gone to a dealer and seen the vacuums in person so I could make a more informed buying decision. Instead, I opted for a quick delivery from Amazon - because I needed a vacuum FAST. I will keep the Classic C1 Turbo, but will regret the small size.
