> 3 dayIf all you want to know is that this is an amazing knife that is great for the price, go buy it. But if you want some more details its abilities and its few but still there weaknesses. I love this knife and for the money you couldnt find a better knife for almost and survival, camp, hunting anything. Pros: It came well packaged and it great shape. The sheathe is confusing to work but very high quality. It came very sharp but just short of shaving sharp. It has a great feel and weight The spine looks great for fire starters Its coating is very high quality and when i used it barely scratched and when I oiled it it looked like new The scandi grind is perfect and has awesome geometry. The knife did great when splitting and chopping hard wood and the tip is indestructible. Handle is great full tang suits this knife gives it a great heft Cons: My tip is misaligned very slightly with the blade (not very important) While using against very hard wood it took 2 very small refelctions/chips on the blade. They arnt visible but can be felt The carbon steel is amazing for edge retention and sharpness but needs to be oiled and maintain so its doesnt rust The sheath is strong and very sturdy but confusing to set up and over complicated

> 3 dayFinish and sharpness exceeded my expectations by a WIDE margin. Very high quality blade and worth the money as a bushcraft knife. Razor sharp right out of the box and holding the edge very well so far. Very pleased I followed some recommendations for the Mora Garberg Carbon Steel.

> 3 dayOk, the knife is decent. As former SAR, Scout, and outdoorsman, this knife is decent. It has a good handle for a good grip. The blade is pretty reliable and can handle some abuse. - The poly sheath is crap. Get rid of it asap. The leather one is leather. You will need to baby it and if you are in a wet climate have fun. You can make your own survival sheath out of paracord or other mats that will suit your needs. -For the past two years or so there has been nothing but hype on tv about these. The price skyrocketed 5-8x. You can get a good quality knife for less.

> 3 dayThe blade is excellent and the shape feels good as im used to the similar kansbol but the handle feels so much cheaper, i dont get it. On a more expensive knife the handle is worse. The kansbol handle has the rubbery material while this one feels more like straight plastic, i love the knife i just dont really understand that part of it

> 3 dayI haven’t gotten a chance to use it, but it seems to be very good quality for the price. Also, all of the good reviews helped me with my decision to purchase it.

> 3 dayThis knife is so impressive that I am planning a trip to Mora so I can be immersed in a culture of excellence. This knife was SHARP out of the box. With a little stopping I was shaving with it. I was primarily using this knife for batonning and feathering kindling, but was also doing some skinning as well. Was skeptical of the scandi grind at first, but it is so easy to maintain. This knife is my new EDC.

> 3 dayThis is a high quality knife. No doubt about it. However, it is not the knife for me. I like the solid full tang, the thick blade, the carbon steel, the fact that it is made in Sweden. But I returned this knife because of the following short falls: The handle did not inspire confidence. It felt stiff and slick, wet hands might not be able to keep a solid grip. There is no thumb rise, bolster or guard. I felt that my hand could just slip off of the wet grip and slide directly down the knife blade...there is no guard to prevent this. The blade has no serration. Serrated knives are harder to sharpen, but offer some cutting capabilities that a straight blade does not. The worst part about this knife is the sheath. I hate it. It is oddly designed and flimsy. The knife seems to nest firmly into the sheath, but the way it attaches to the belt or pack is not a firm positive attachment. All in all, this is a stout knife. Rugged and ready to serve in a survival situation. But the sheath, lack of hand guard and odd sheath made me reconsider the knife. I purchased a Gerber LMF II infantry in its place.
