- Very intrusive - Constantly trying to sell other features, such as identity theft - Automatically renewed itself without asking for approval Whether or not it does a better job of protecting my computer, I dont know. I had other protection software and was not hacked or infected. So, I dont know what I dont know. It was dinged two stars for the shortcomings listed above.

This is a good product I have used for over a decade. A renewal installation can sometimes be a bit challenging. See google for helps. The subscription clock resets on the day you install it, so any remaining days on the old subscription are lost. I usually buy and hold when the price is good and then wait until my old subscription has 1 day left; and then I install.

I have everything whats on Norton 360 Deluxe for one year but yet they suppossd on it hackers too but they what me to pay for more so they extened more then one year they are full of crap I wouldnt get it again!

It is terrible that you can not use a product you paid for without providing them a credit card for future renewals at about 3 times the cost I piad. Product is great, but the credit card requirement is unacceptable.

Just paid money for this and feel stupid. yesterday I could go to my site and do business, after install ,,all i see is a bunch of wanabees pretending to be my site. I should have known Norton did not change. trying to use it, my computer is crashing left and right . to get support had to fill out all kinds of forms and I got this;;;;;; Service Unavailable - Zero size object The server is temporarily unable to service your request. I have been using Norton for close to 15 years (exclusively). I have never gotten a virus on my computer or been hacked. It has always worked for me (using Windows OS). Installation is very easy (log into the account online and download). One thing. I buy the code (hard copy and not a download) directly from Amazon. I do not use automatic renewal as Nortons prices are ridiculous many times (I turn off the auto-renewal function in my Norton account). Around Black Friday, I got a 12-month subscription for 5 computers for $15. That is a very good deal. Even $19 to $24 is a good deal.

Product will work ONLY if activated by the SELLER because it is theft protected. Otherwise, the product is useless. Unfortunately, the seller, Flipsters, DID NOT activate the product before sending it to me. I waited too long to use it and found that it needed to be activated. I cannot get a refund. Amazon customer service employees were sympathetic but could not get a refund for me. I like Norton security products. Norton has a good reputation for pc/internet protection.
