Norton 360 Deluxe 2023, Antivirus software for 5 Devices with Auto Renewal - Includes VPN, PC Cloud Backup & Dark Web Monitoring [Key Card]

I dont mind having VERY frequent updates, scans and fixes because it is for security, but I have experienced fixes that forced me to keep my PC ON for hours! I tried to chat to get it troubleshot and it sent me to phone calls. In order to get confirmed for the call a recorded message asks me for my last 4 digits of the SSN and the year of birth (precisely the type of data you dont want circulating around!). FInally talked to a person who asked permission to login in my PC, the scan was magically over and the call got cut (I dont want to think he hanged up due to my complaints). Ive used NORTON for years, but I feel they are trying a lot of new stuff and going through painful troubleshooting. Im not happy but there seem to be few good alternatives.

Been using Norton for years. Always protected without any problems. 24 hour tech support is worth its weight in Gold! Any time Ive had to contact them, I always received expert service and was always asked if there was anything else I needed to make sure that I was totally satisfied before they ended the call.

This is a good product I have used for over a decade. A renewal installation can sometimes be a bit challenging. See google for helps. The subscription clock resets on the day you install it, so any remaining days on the old subscription are lost. I usually buy and hold when the price is good and then wait until my old subscription has 1 day left; and then I install.

Disappointed in difficulty to install Norton 360 Deluxe 2021 – Antivirus software for 5 Devices with Auto Renewal. Chat with pre-installed responses that dont address concerned. Took 24 hours for Xfinity to remove their Norton Suite but continues to pop up for re-installation. Must delete old Norton before the new Norton 360 can be installed on Mac Laptop. Update 02/09/2021: Whenever the computers internet connection is loss then the VPN automatic turn off and will require you to manually turn-on, therefore if you dont check frequently and reset the VPN coverage isnt reliable. Norton needs to address this issue and provide and update.

Ive been using Norton since 2006, & have been very satisfied with them.....until now. On September 1st, I received my key codes in the mail. I called Norton Support to guide me through the process for another 1 year of service. I thought.....it went well, until it made my Google Chrome a total mess. Nothing looked the same. I lost my custom background picture, shortcuts, etc. Was NOT happy at all. It also wont do an on demand scan on a folder or file now. The window doesnt appear...so I dont know what its actually doing. It STILL hasnt been fixed. Everytime I get on the internet, I have to take extra time to get things back to an acceptable level...again. Technical support has gone so down hill, its pathetic...& a slap in the face to a long time customer, such as myself. Theyve been telling me since September 1st, that they will be calling me back to fix things...& that its now a Level 2 issue. They still have not called...& its now September 9. Ive called a few times to remind them & hopefully get these problems fixed. I am an extremely dissatisfied customer, & I highly doubt I will continue using Norton products. This is unacceptable...& their once great customer support.....is now long gone. Sad. They dont care about customer anymore, & actually talk down to you. I shouldnt have to wait 8 days to get them to call me back, as promised several times. They still havent called me to fix these issues. I guess Im on my own. It would be great if Norton brought customer service back to the USA, but I dont see that happening. This will be the last year using Norton, unless things are improved.

Product took a couple tries to download. Before installing, make sure you have uninstalled any previous versions of Norton and that you have current billing information input. Also, if your internet connection is interrupted, you may also get a Bad Product Key notice. If these 3 things dont work, call Customer Service: 1. Make sure all prior versions were uninstalled 2. Make sure you have updated billing information input 3. Check that you have a strong internet connection.

Norton forces you to use a credit card for auto renewal. Although Amazon says a one time charge, Norton wont let you install without a credit card. I prefer to be offered a renewal and know the price, rather than have to cancel it once they charge me for another year. They also didnt offer multiple years which I prefer.

Product is better than the Security Deluxe I have been running however if you have an active subscription on your computer you really need to uninstall the older version prior to installation of this product to be safe. This is applicable to a PC running Win 10. Im not sure if you have the same issues with an Apple computer. Just download NRnR.exe from the Norton website and follow the instructions from the program.

I purchased Norton 360 Deluxe (key card) in April of 2021. Of course I had to give my credit card info like everybody else did even though it was purchased through my Amazon account. No problems with installation although it did definitely noticeably slow my desktop down. Today I got notification Norton was automatically renewing my subscription and charging my credit card $112.86 which is more than 3 times the original price I paid. So, I went to their web site and thought I was cancelling the renewal. I got notification via another email confirming the cancellation. Good thing I thoroughly checked this as yes, they cancelled my auto-renew but it was for the next time (April 2023). I had to go back into the Norton web site and cancel my subscription. In addition, I had to go back again to submit a refund request. Although my original subscription is not technically up until end of this April, I started to get weird spam emails almost immediately. Scary.

I dont know how Amazon does it but several times a year they offer this great software at about half off list price. I grab it and install it later.
