Ive been taking Mag for several months for PMS/sugar cravings and its been awesome. Decided to really look into Mag and see what else it helps with. My husband is a Type 1 Diabetic, suffers from restless legs, muscle cramping, has a terrible time sleeping, anxiety and has all the higherrisk issues(strokes/heart attacks) that Diabetics are plagued with. I take the liquid but I knew he would not like bc of the taste, so I googled the best pill form Mag supplement and this brand was it. My husband agreed to give it a try so I bought it for him and WOW, I wish we would have found this 10 years ago!!! He takes 1 pill at bedtime and has slept like a baby since. His moodiness from lack of sleep is GONE! His anxiousness/irritability are nothing compared to how it used to be. No more leg cramps either. I just cant say enough about Magnesium benefits. I dont know why more doctors arent telling their patients about this. We are now lifer. will never be without mag again.

I had tried a Triple Magnesium from the Drugstore & it obviously was not working/absorbing! When I switched to the NOW Brand Magnesium 400 mg I could feel the difference! It is a capsule so it is easy to swallow as opposed to a hard tablet. Item was delivered fresh and packaged well. Very happy with NOW Magnesium 400 mg. I take it with the NOW Super Enzymes!

I purchased this item thinking it was 100% CITRATE source, but when viewing the label apon receiving it, I see it was derived from Oxide primarily and then a third source also. It should say this on the ad.
