I started taking magnesium glycinate on a friends recommendation to help my terrible sleep. The brand I usually buy was out of stock, so I decided to try this one since its rated highly and I saw numerous reviews saying its helped people sleep even though it doesnt contain magnesium glycinate. In my experience, this brand doesnt help my sleep much at all, especially compared to pure magnesium glycinate. Sure enough, when I looked it up magnesium glycinate is that form that helps with sleep the most. I dont want to give this product a bad review because if youre simply deficient in magnesium over all this is probably the bottle for you, but if youre taking magnesium for sleep aid its probably best to take magnesium glycinate instead or to take this in addition to it.

I take magnesium 1st because I was told that I was deficient, 2nd because I learned that it would help to ease my leg cramps. When I was deciding which one to purchase here, I learned that it could help me to sleep. I have been taking 800 mg, and now I split my daily dose with 1- 400 mg, EASY to swallow capsule twice a day instead of all at once. I am sleeping much better!

I only take 1 pill and i get good energy

I was exhausted for over a year, then I discovered I felt way better after a steak, or red meat, the next day. So I looked up what was in red meat. ....Magnesium, among other things like potassium and B vitamins. My life has never been the same since I started taking at least MAG, Zinc, and vita D with K3.

I use this to go to make BMs . I have tried many many brands of mag but this is one of the very few that actually works. I have severe IBS with constipation. I take fiber drink in AM I also take a couple of these 2xs a day that works for me. The added benifits is it also assist with my joints.

Iem received as described. Ive only been taking these for a week (to help with anxiety and depression) but my quality of sleep has already improved. I havent changed anything in my life other than adding this supplement so Im looking forward to feeling the full benefits.

I chose NOW because of favorable reviews, and capsule was depicted as 2-tone. I now take 3 supplements that are white. Two of them from NOW. Confusing when organizing.
