Bought this as I have bad migraines, and compression+heat helps immensely and this gives me both loving it right now!

Husband is pron to get headaches which then turn into bad migraines that lead to being such in bed under covers with no lights on- only using a dish cloth that I have to keep cold every 10 minutes. I knew I needed something for him that would also help my sanity. This has worked MAGIC! The cold compression has helped his migraines from taking hours to get over to 30 mins- 1 hour. 10/10 recommend!

This gets very cold and does work well. I wish it stayed cold a little longer. But I think if it were thicker it would be too stiff. This is cold soft and flexiable.

This helps quite a bit. Only downfall that I have is that it does not stay on for long period without constantly adjusting it. When having a migraine, last thing I want to do is move around so adjusting it is the only inconvenience.

This simple cap was surprisingly effective! The thick gel layer is naturally cool; even without putting it in the fridge, there is a significant cooling effect. The weight of the gel provides soothing pressure without squeezing too tightly. While it is not a cure, it definitely helps to quickly soothe the symptoms and pain. I was initially skeptical but figured it was worth a try. Im so glad I gave it a shot! Definitely worth it.

So this is actually really helpful and it helps me sleep better. And I like the compression around my head. I personally dont put it in the freezer or warm it up. I like to use it as is and I wear it a few hours and night or when I cant fall asleep and its really helpful so I definitely recommend it and already did it to a few people
