Im trying to get ahold of someone. Thank you for your kindness in sending out a new one. I LOVE this carrier. It had just shipped out defective but the new one is great! I wasnt informed I needed to have the old one ship by Feb 1st. I thought I had 30 days. I need to wait until the snow clears and the roads are drivable. I will send it off soon! Is there a way to have someone pick it up? You have been very kind through this whole process. Thank you!

Thank you so much for this product. My sun connure parrot goes inside without any hesitation. I noticed that back pack is very dark inside. All fabric is from black color. So I would recommend to saw inside some light grey walls.

The bottom cage was a slight hassle to get in and out of the cage but it was very roomy for my conure. I wish there was a way to add hanging toys in the cage too without resorting to poking the backpack.

I got this backpack for my male eclectus parrot and he really enjoys it. I did have an issue with the backpack early on where the right straps stitching came undone. However the customer services from the seller was great and they sent me a replacement right way!! One really odd thing I did notice is that the perch I got from the replacement backpack came with the threaded inserts in a questionable position (in the pictures: old perch on left, new perch on right), also for some reason the new perch came with some unnecessary notchs. Overall Im not to concerned, I have the original perch from the defective backpack I can use, but also these wooden perches are not very difficult to make. If youre on the fence about this backpack Id recommend giving it a shot!

this big is amazing. I carry my green cheek conure in here and she fits perfectly and also enough space for her to move around if she chooses to. Only thing it did not come with a water container like it did with a food bowl.

It came with a travel case, so if you want to store your backpack, you can fold it up easily. A pleasant surprise! I had two challenges with the pack: the perch was a little loose for my liking so I added a rubber washer and it was fine. And the cup was too big for the wire holder that came with it. Will probably replace it with a drawstring. Otherwise, the pack is excellent. It had a hole for a water dispenser that I didn’t not expect. It can also be clipped safely in a car seatbelt and can probably hold a African Grey no problem. Lots of room for my cockatiel!

Buy an oil mat from your grocery/auto store and cut to fit. You can have reusable liners for the cage that absorb lots of water. The lower perch is a bit close to the wall for proper tail position, but our green cheek hasnt sustained feather damage so Im comfortable using this for long trips. The wire to keep the cup steady is too short to work, replaced with a zip tie. Would like to see a water bottle come with this.

I love the bag for my bird but disappointed that I didnt receive the perch and havent gotten a reply back about it. Hope that I do get a reply because paying the money I did for this I should receive everything.

It is a real nice product.
