My first vacuum wouldn’t run for more than 20 minutes and had issues with mopping so I attempted to exchange it through the company. They responded to me in an attempt to troubleshoot and then cut all communication when I made it clear I simply wanted to exchange the item. I ultimately made a return via Amazon and then purchased the vacuum at a higher price. My second vacuum maintains charge and runs for a full cycle but has major issues putting out water (just like the first). In the time I spend unclogging the tiny little water holes, I could just clean my floors. Disappointing for an $800 vacuum. In theory I love it. In reality? Junky.

We had just recently moved into a house with all wood floors and the amount of pet hair and crumbs from our toddler piling up everyday were driving me crazy. After looking at several machines, I decided to go with this since it also had a mopping feature and was in the right price point. This little machine has saved my sanity, I have it set to automatically run every day while at work so I come home to clean floors. This mopping function is ok, since you can’t really put cleaning solution in the machine, it’s more to just clean surface spills. This also doesn’t have a certain path it follows like other name brands, so it’s hard to know if it’s missed a spot or not. But since I put it on the automatic cycle, I don’t come home to any noticeable messes. Once it’s battery is low, it will return to its charging port. You do need to make sure you have any small items it could get stuck on picked up or close bathroom doors, ours likes to get stuck in there. Overall, I am highly satisfied with this product and would recommend.

I ordered this as a gift for a close family member. It arrived very quickly. It’s the first robot vacuum I have purchased and it’s their first robot vacuum. They have had it for almost a week but they say it was easy to set up but still learning all the features. And haven’t used the mop feature yet. They are very happy and satisfied with the job it’s doing. She was concerned with it crossing the threshold but it has no problems. I’m very happy that they are enjoying the gift. Thinking I might have to get one for me.

I never tried the mopping function before I returned it. I had tried a eufy previously and found this vacuum got stuck in my furniture far more often - several times a cycle. I decided to return this and repurchase the eufy. It would have been great if I had different furniture.

This definitely saves on cleaning time, and helps maintain the pet hair! You can set up the app that correlates with the vaccum to customize the usage. The app helps manage the time, or even spot clean with the mop section of the vaccum. The app also reminds you that you need to clean out the filter or add more water to mop portion. The charger and vaccum also have the option where it will link up to the charger with one hit of a button, and the vaccum with be able to put itself on the charger which can be convenient.

This works well and is affordable compared to many other brands. Love the different settings such as just doing the perimeter, also can do manual or spot cleaning. It transitions so easily from hardwood to carpet to tile. Has a built in mop but haven’t used that function. It does exactly what I need it to. It puts itself back into the charging station when you hit the home button. I’m really happy to have this help clean up all our dog hair and outside debris!

This is a great item for vacuuming, but the mopping doesnt really work. Its basically pointless. I have 4 large dogs and 5 kids, this has been a great purchase for helping with keeping the floors (all tile) clean. I use a swiffer wet jet to do the mopping.

We love it, but the only thing is most of the time it vacuums only one room and we have to pick it up and move it to do another room. Besides that. It has really help keep our floors clean when we have 2 cats and one sheds, so if you have kids or cats this product is awesome for you

The mop feature on this hasnt worked really well for my floor but I have loved it as a vacuum. Its nice to have something that will work its way around the room and pick up all of the dust and dirt. With 2 dogs coming in and out and lots of kids, I can use all of the help I can get with keeping up on the vacuuming. I still have to pull out my regular vacuum but definitely not as often!

Not impressed, the sweepers run faster than my previous vacuum, this results in small debris and pet hair being pushed away from the intake. The intake could be bigger and angled after the sweeper to enable dirt to fill the holder. The debris the vacuum picks up gets jumbled at the intake and doesnt really allow additional debris to get picked up. I empty the holder after every use to avoid the problem. I have 2 small dogs and a cat they all shed but not enough for this vacuum to be overworked. It is just a poor design. I do like the slim nature to sneak under end tables and couches.
