I was skeptical at first, the price seemed low compared to other similar products, but this little baby does the job very well. I have two dogs and hardwood floors in my new place the pet hair was insane! I would give 4.5 stars but that is not an option, only because it is a bit noisy on hardwood floors especially when bumping into the wall lol, but ultra quiet on carpeted areas. I have it running 3x a day and I love it! I just have to remember not to trip over it and to clean out the tank often, I have pets that shed a lot! Other than that, I am pet-hair-free!!!! Wooooo Hoooooo!!

I ordered this as a gift for a close family member. It arrived very quickly. It’s the first robot vacuum I have purchased and it’s their first robot vacuum. They have had it for almost a week but they say it was easy to set up but still learning all the features. And haven’t used the mop feature yet. They are very happy and satisfied with the job it’s doing. She was concerned with it crossing the threshold but it has no problems. I’m very happy that they are enjoying the gift. Thinking I might have to get one for me.

After 6 years of service my ancient robot vacuum cleaner stopped working, so I bought a new one. For my 50% hardwood, 20% tile and 30% carpet floors, I definitely want a vacuum+mop combo. For cleaning under my low profile Japanese style bed, I need a super low profile device. I dont need a brushroll because I hate cleaning hair wrapped around it, and I have no pets. I dont care whether the robot builds a map of my house or not. I dont care how long it takes to clean the floors because normally I start the robot only when I leave the house for more than an hour. This reasonably priced vacuum+mop robot meets absolutely all my requirements! Note that vaccum robots are generally _not_ intended for deep cleaning. But compared to my old robot, this new robot has a much higher suction power, so it cleans more effectively, this is visible with the bare eye. It also has a larger water container and improved water dispenser that keeps the mopping pad wet for longer and makes mopping more effective. This robot is also more compact and lightweight. I was really happy with my old robot, but this new generation robot is even better! I only wish it lasts for 6 years as the old one.

I bought this product specifically to help pick up fur and other debris left from my two dogs (German shepherd/pit bull mix and maltipoo). Our house has hardwood flooring, and our German shepherd/pit bull mix sheds a ton. The manual and assembly to get the product started was pretty straightforward. I left the vacuum and mop combo on to clean the floor randomly for about an hour, and the majority of the hardwood flooring in the kitchen and living room were extremely clean! You can control the vacuum from an app, which makes things a lot easier. You can turn the vacuum on/off, have it to go back to its charging station, schedule automatic cleaning times, adjust the suction and water control rate, and more. You just have to make sure your floor is clear of anything the vacuum might get stuck on, and you’re good! Also, don’t forget to refill the mop section with water and empty out the dust tray, which is pretty easy to do. I would definitely recommend giving this robot vacuum and mop combo a try.

I gave this as b-day present to my daughter. She has a dog and she likes it very much especially with pet hair. Wifi is an easy setup compared to other brands. The mop can be used to buff the floors as well. I wish that it’s not random direction When vacuuming. This vacuum truly serves its purpose.

Easy to set up, easy to do pretty much everything. My only complaint is how easily it snags cord and wires, but that is easily remedied by keeping any wires from dragging the floor, even behind your couch. The low profile design allows this lil guy to go everywhere. We have a 115 pound doggo who sheds a lot, so the first time I ran the vacuum it needed to be emptied many times during the first run. Now I run it once a day, and empty it twice while it is running, and again when it returns to the charging station. Works great on our hardwood floors, not great at all on our rug, or our indoor welcome mat. The vacuum doesnt pick up large stuff very well, but it does great for dog hair and any dust. Ive not used the mop function though, so I cant be much help on that end.

I am very satisfied with my purchase. I have small 3 level condo. 2people and no pets. Cleaning for Robot is easy, I just need to bring it from first floor to second and to 3rd. I am very glad that it has step awareness, so I don’t have to block stairs. It has hard time to navigate around dining room chairs. May be high end upper expensive robots have better intelligence to navigate furniture, but for my needs and budgets this robot is all I need. Haven’t use mop options yet

We have an open area on our first level with hardwoods and a few rugs. This little girl that we have nicknamed Roberta takes off and cleans the floors with amazing suction and cleaning. We do pick up small items like pet toys before setting Roberta off to work. She sometimes will get hung up on a rug, but she does a great job of untangling herself. We love watching her readjust and get busy. She gently bumps into furniture and goes around the coffee table. The remote works great. She puts herself in her charging station when done. Since we have a pet, we do have to empty Roberta after each use due to the amount of dirt and hair she collects. Welcome to our home Roberta.

I like the fact that I can use my phone to control this vacuum. I can set up a schedule, restart it if I forget to remove items that it tries to suction up, and set the pattern I want it to follow. I do have to remember to keep cords and small items off the floor but that is not a big issue for my home. It is nice to not have to try to get under furniture to clean. I have to cats so I run it daily while at work and it lets me know via a message if there is a problem. Easy to use and great for pet har.

Used on tile floor, wood floor, and a rug and it makes it so we don’t have to sweep everyday anymore. Does it get stuck in certain areas but shuts off so it doesn’t waste the battery
