mop function is pretty is okay. when I buy one for my mom for Christmas, I’ll choose one that is self cleaning. Although it’s easy to use the only things I don’t particularly like would be that when you fill the tank with water it leaks out as you pour it in. The other thing is that it has a hard time finding it’s charging dock on its own.

I like the fact that I can use my phone to control this vacuum. I can set up a schedule, restart it if I forget to remove items that it tries to suction up, and set the pattern I want it to follow. I do have to remember to keep cords and small items off the floor but that is not a big issue for my home. It is nice to not have to try to get under furniture to clean. I have to cats so I run it daily while at work and it lets me know via a message if there is a problem. Easy to use and great for pet har.

This works great for my household life day to day. Helps keep my floors clean from my two year old who is always messy. I love it and could not ask for better.

This is a great product

I purchased this for my mom and she loves it! It was very easy to set up and with just a press of a button it cleans her floors. It has saved her time as she has a large villa with tile flooring. I recommend this product.

Wont connect to Bluetooth

I think it does a good job of cleaning around the trimming. Picks up good also. Havent tried the mopping yet

My first vacuum wouldn’t run for more than 20 minutes and had issues with mopping so I attempted to exchange it through the company. They responded to me in an attempt to troubleshoot and then cut all communication when I made it clear I simply wanted to exchange the item. I ultimately made a return via Amazon and then purchased the vacuum at a higher price. My second vacuum maintains charge and runs for a full cycle but has major issues putting out water (just like the first). In the time I spend unclogging the tiny little water holes, I could just clean my floors. Disappointing for an $800 vacuum. In theory I love it. In reality? Junky.

Like the easy start up and ability to control the unit. Good mopping skills since it avoided my dogs and the table legs while cleaning the kitchen floor.

I am not a technology savvy person and was somewhat hesitant to buy a robot vacuum. I was however tired of working all week and spending my weekends cleaning. I have had my robot for almost a month and am amazed how easy, simple, and efficient it is. I vacuumed my floor the day before I used it with my traditional vacuum. I used the robot the day after and was shocked how much more it picked up! I have a medium hair cat and lots of fur. The amazing part is the robot can get so close to baseboards and corners better than any traditional vacuum ever could. My floors literally shine! I live in Arizona and there is a lot of fine dust from the sand. The robot takes care of it all! I can now spend my weekends relaxing knowing my floors are taken care of. Would highly recommend this product anyone considering a robot vacuum!
