I ordered this as a gift for a close family member. It arrived very quickly. It’s the first robot vacuum I have purchased and it’s their first robot vacuum. They have had it for almost a week but they say it was easy to set up but still learning all the features. And haven’t used the mop feature yet. They are very happy and satisfied with the job it’s doing. She was concerned with it crossing the threshold but it has no problems. I’m very happy that they are enjoying the gift. Thinking I might have to get one for me.

We have an open area on our first level with hardwoods and a few rugs. This little girl that we have nicknamed Roberta takes off and cleans the floors with amazing suction and cleaning. We do pick up small items like pet toys before setting Roberta off to work. She sometimes will get hung up on a rug, but she does a great job of untangling herself. We love watching her readjust and get busy. She gently bumps into furniture and goes around the coffee table. The remote works great. She puts herself in her charging station when done. Since we have a pet, we do have to empty Roberta after each use due to the amount of dirt and hair she collects. Welcome to our home Roberta.

Overall good quality! Helps me maintain my floors between cleanings! Sometimes gets stuck or cant find home base but thats ok if you are around to help it.

We love it, but the only thing is most of the time it vacuums only one room and we have to pick it up and move it to do another room. Besides that. It has really help keep our floors clean when we have 2 cats and one sheds, so if you have kids or cats this product is awesome for you

I have an L-shaped kitchen island my Roomba could not navigate. This one has no problems. Im enjoying my floor being much cleaner! The capacity is good. I have a 5yo, and theres always good on the floor the suction is so good once it pulled a plastic bag with a can in it from under the couch and dragged it around the room. Now I always check under the couch. It can do my entire kitchen-dining living area in one charge. As far as the mopping, you fill a reservoir and attach a mop pad. It vacuums at the same time. It doesnt scrub, so its more like putting a shine on a floor thats not too dirty. Excellent value for the price.

It took me forever to pull the trigger on purchasing a robot vacuum, but I wish I did sooner!!! I am a clean floor fanatic and used to (hand) vacuum daily. I put off getting one forever because I figured it needed to be programmed, and I am not technical. Also, didnt I believe the hype that it could work as well as a hand vacuum, I was wrong. I absolutely LOVE this vacuum! I. It was on sale, so I figured I would try it! AND I LOVE IT! I just hit start, and it does it all! I have 2 long-haired cats and an 8-year-old. The most important thing to me is how much time I save now for more important things in life wish I had gotten this sooner. I never write reviews; this is worth it...

I absolutely love the robot vacuum! Vacuum has amazing suction, picks up hair and crumbs better than my dyson did. Has a mop and vacuum feature. I never see dust on my wood floors anymore since using this vacuum/mop I can spend more time for my other daily chores knowing my floors can be swept and mopped. Absolutely recommend this vacuum! Has features so awesome from manual to edge cleaning and random, can even send to go charge, by a click of the button. Connects to phone app. Ty for having such an amazing product available! Can use on carpet and wood floors!

I was hesitant to purchase a robot vacuum due to cost. Im so glad I went ahead and purchased it! Ive only had a it for a few weeks but so far its done everything expected and Ive been very happy with it. It was easy to set up and get it up and running. I havent had a chance to use the mopping feature yet, but if it works as well as the vacuum I should be just as happy with the results. I do have a dog who sheds quite a bit and so far its done a great job keeping up with removing it.

This vacuum is great, but please do not expect the exact same suction or cleaning power of an upright vacuum cleaner. I bought it specifically for light colored dog hair and dark wood floors., and when I saw that it also mops, I was even more excited. It is a bit noisy, but not like an upright, so you get used to it. It’s smart, but not fail proof. There are times I find it’s cleaning the same rooms over again, so I just move it where I want it. It does find its base, and the charge lasts for a decent amount of time. You have to manually wet the mop, then stick it to the Velcro strips on the bottom. Once the mop is dirty or drying out, you just rewet. It’s nice as you can control the saturation. I haven’t used it on food messes, only dust, and light dirt. To recap: pleased with the product. Didn’t expect miracles at this price point, but couldn’t be happier. Better the bot than me! Full disclosure: I have yet to use the remote, so can’t speak to its functions.

I like the fact that I can use my phone to control this vacuum. I can set up a schedule, restart it if I forget to remove items that it tries to suction up, and set the pattern I want it to follow. I do have to remember to keep cords and small items off the floor but that is not a big issue for my home. It is nice to not have to try to get under furniture to clean. I have to cats so I run it daily while at work and it lets me know via a message if there is a problem. Easy to use and great for pet har.
