For the value, it works pretty great. It is not as quiet as they claim but it is definitely quieter than turning on a vacuum. I have two dogs and this picks up all the dog hair. I dont like the mop feature. It didnt really work that well for me. So i dont use it anymore. But i do recommend. If you need something that will do a general job on those days that you dont want to work, this is exactly that

Ive only used this a few times but so far so good. The suction could be a little better and it could be a bit quieter but other than that, Im happy with the product.

We have an open area on our first level with hardwoods and a few rugs. This little girl that we have nicknamed Roberta takes off and cleans the floors with amazing suction and cleaning. We do pick up small items like pet toys before setting Roberta off to work. She sometimes will get hung up on a rug, but she does a great job of untangling herself. We love watching her readjust and get busy. She gently bumps into furniture and goes around the coffee table. The remote works great. She puts herself in her charging station when done. Since we have a pet, we do have to empty Roberta after each use due to the amount of dirt and hair she collects. Welcome to our home Roberta.

This was my first robotic vacuum cleaner, and my wife and I were skeptical about this one at first because we bought it at a highly discounted price. We couldnt be happier with it, however. Ive set it up on a schedule so it comes out of its nest every night at 1am and secretly cleans the whole main floor before returning to its slumber. Its like having an army of little elves that clean the house every night while everyone is asleep! The only thing Im not wild about is the mopping function, which doesnt seem to work quite as well as I expected, but this could also be due to user error. As for the primary vacuuming function, this thing is awesome.

I am really enjoying it. It makes life so much easier. I have hard floors and it keeps them looking great.

So far weve been pretty impressed by this robovac.... every time we run it were surprised to find the entire compartment is full of pet hair, sand, and even small rocks. Even just a day after vacuuming ourselves. The mapping function seems to be primarily for historical/review purposes as I havent figured out any way to direct it to clean just a specific room/space. The auto clean function, however, does a pretty decent job at covering the area. The vac can traverse most wood to rug transitions, but rugs with a thick pad sometimes pose an issue. Otherwise, beyond railings, small movable objects, and power cords it seems like the vacuum is able to navigate pretty intelligently. Since we do have rugs we havent tried the mopping function, yet... as a standard vacuum to supplement typical cleanings, though, it seems to do a pretty good job!

The mop feature on this hasnt worked really well for my floor but I have loved it as a vacuum. Its nice to have something that will work its way around the room and pick up all of the dust and dirt. With 2 dogs coming in and out and lots of kids, I can use all of the help I can get with keeping up on the vacuuming. I still have to pull out my regular vacuum but definitely not as often!

I never tried the mopping function before I returned it. I had tried a eufy previously and found this vacuum got stuck in my furniture far more often - several times a cycle. I decided to return this and repurchase the eufy. It would have been great if I had different furniture.

I purchased this for my mom and she loves it! It was very easy to set up and with just a press of a button it cleans her floors. It has saved her time as she has a large villa with tile flooring. I recommend this product.

Is very confortable use the remote control to access the more dificult areas that you want to clean better
