I ordered 3 sets of locks and deadbolts. I could gave gotten one of them cheaper from Amazon Warehouse, but intentionally didn’t because I wanted them keyed the same. So I requested they be keyed the same in the order comments. I then went further and called Build.com directly and spoke with a man who assured me that if I ordered them together, they would be keyed the same. We received our order more than 30 days before our new doors were installed, so we didn’t find out till after the return window was closed that they were not all keyed the same. I called Build.com again and spoke with a woman who told me they do not custom key any orders through Amazon. If I had known this information beforehand, my expectations would have been different, and I probably would have given it 5 stars because the locks themselves are very nice. BOTTOM LINE… if you are buying multiples, plan on having them rekeyed at your own expense, and don’t hesitate to pick up some from the Warehouse if available. Valuable information I wish I had known…

Love this Camelot style knob. It really accents the door and the matte black is perfect!

I love the Accent line of door hardware from Schlage. Ive had them in one finish or another in all my houses for the last 15 years. Dummy, Passage, Keyed, Privacy...even the universal deadbolts. Ive had them all! They are refined and FUNCTION flawlessly. The finishes, however, should ONLY be used indoors! It seems that any of Schlages lacquered finishes simply cannot handle weather. On my first house, we had satin nickel installed on 6 sets of French doors that opened to a pool deck that needed replaced every 2 years. The Lifetime Finish warranty became more trouble than it was worth after the 2nd warranty replacement. I was told I should have waxed my handles often. Sorry... 12 handles and 6 deadbolts just on one side of the house? On next house, we went with aged bronze. These actually did worse and those getting ANY direct sunlight lasted less than 1 year. I ended up stripping off the finish and painting them with Rustoleum Oil Rubbed Bronze Universal paint. Its actually now 2 years into the paint with NO sign of degradation. Yeah, I wont likely be getting any warranty service on them now, BUT, in 15 years Ive never had a mechanical failure! I also still have these throughout the interior of the house and love them. I just really wish Schlage would focus on outdoor durability of their lacquered finish hardware. Ive attached pictures of Satin Nickle passage, deadbolt, and dummy, as well as Aged Bronze passage and deadbolt (as well as what they look like after painting them w/ Rustoleum ORB!)

You can never really tell from a picture on Amazon what the actual item is going to be like. Thank God for Amazons easy return policy. We are slowly upgrading our house as we can afford to. We wanted all replacement items to be reasonably priced, but high quality. These door knobs are about $20 more than the cheapest chintzy knob on the market - and about $10 more than the knobs in the style being sold. Way, way, worth the extra cost. They are beautiful, the weight is heavy - they feel high-quality, and they glide when you use them. They are a good investment. I am delighted, and as we can afford to we will be buying more for all the bedroom/bathroom doors in the house.

Solid handles, but the push button lock feels a little tight, does not depress much and takes a bit more effort. Perhaps that was purposeful to prevent accidental locking?? Not sure and it is a little nit picky but I dont like it. The same Schlage older handles in my house for over 10 years have been flawless and the lock is a bit easier. Would continue to but this brand . Pn use for over 10 years in my house, no complaints on the old one. T

Purchased it about 3 months ago. Nice upgrade from the ones I had before. They went on very easily, particularly considering the difficulty I had removing the cheap, tarnished ones the previous owners had. A quick, efficient downward turn using this lever is all you do and there are no irritating minor readjustments that need to be made as on the preceding levers. The one thing that befuddles me, however, is that Amazon always says there is only one left and wont let me order multiples. I had to go to another Amazon dealer, translation, no Prime free delivery to buy multiples. Ended up paying more for the product (X the 4 or 5 I ordered) and because I was mad I didnt pay attention to detail and got a slightly different version. That was on me but Amazon was great about the return though. Still dont get why I can only order one at a time. Guess Ill just have to replenish them one at a time. Makes no sense to me but I spent enough years in the service to know there are reasons why things are like they are and that as incomprehensible as they may be to the average person, somebody, somewhere, has a perfectly reasonable explanation for this kind of philosophy. And believe you me, being average is my inspirational goal in Life.

Very easy to install. I ordered both keyed and bathroom privacy locks. Super easy to reverse handle, solid feel, looks great. As advertised, and would buy again.

Nice looking ‘dummy’ handles, and the ones here at Amazon are great. We bought some of the same brand and style from one of the home improvement stores, and those were loose and junk. These are supposed to be fixed handles and those wobbled and shook like they were ready to fall apart. They were in ‘plastic’ merchandising packages, while our Amazon order came in no nonsense cardboard boxes. They were even a little less expensive and available with Prime. Again, we like the product, but by the time you buy two (one for each side of the door) you are actually paying more than a fully functioning handle with lock. That is the same pricing anywhere, but it seems odd. Again, they look great, but at that price, the retaining piece to prevent the handle from moving should be metal instead of the plastic that it is. That is why the home improvement store versions are junk I just hope these Amazon ones hang in there.
