I was in the process of converting all of the fixtures in my condo from a brass finish to brushed nickel. I wanted to update to a modern look without going too soft nor too sharp on the edges. This family of handles provided the perfect balance of everything I was looking for! This was used for all of the interior doors in my place, the presentation was an ideal fit, and the handle holds sturdily. The finish of the handle keeps it from showing a lot scratches (particularly useful for high traffic doors) and the lever design makes it easy to use even when your hands are full. The handle can easily flip facing left or right depending on which way your door swings, and installation is literally done in less than 15 minutes! I installed the keyed version of this for the main entry door and could not be happier with how well the appearance of my entire place has transformed!

We were remodeling a 30 year old house for the first time and wanted to change the feel from whatever-the-builder-got-on-the-cheap to something a bit more refined. This style looked great to us, but to me the more important thing was the build, the weight, the feel of the handle. Im of the belief that you open and close doors all day every day, so you really want it to be a good experience. For that reason I prefer solid core doors, they just feel so much more stable. Along those lines, I hate it when a door knob is either jiggly or has a cheap feeling when turned. I tried these out at Home Depot before buying them, and they were the most solid that I could find there. Id give them only a 9/10 though, as I know there are other handles even more solid (but I couldnt get the brand or find them online easily). Ill certainly be buying more of these when I get to redo our main floor.

These door knobs have screw guides to make it super easy too install the two screws to secure the two halves. I have installed other door knobs that take forever to line up the screws to secure the two halves of the door knob body. If you look at the photo you can see this door knot has a two prong fork that skids over a protrusion lining up the two halves of the door knob body. With out this your poking your screw into an abyss inside the door knob whole. It can take some trial and error to get the screws to line up. With the forks on the door knob they line up automatically. Installing the screws takes seconds not 5 or 10 minutes of poking around trying to line things.

Nice looking ‘dummy’ handles, and the ones here at Amazon are great. We bought some of the same brand and style from one of the home improvement stores, and those were loose and junk. These are supposed to be fixed handles and those wobbled and shook like they were ready to fall apart. They were in ‘plastic’ merchandising packages, while our Amazon order came in no nonsense cardboard boxes. They were even a little less expensive and available with Prime. Again, we like the product, but by the time you buy two (one for each side of the door) you are actually paying more than a fully functioning handle with lock. That is the same pricing anywhere, but it seems odd. Again, they look great, but at that price, the retaining piece to prevent the handle from moving should be metal instead of the plastic that it is. That is why the home improvement store versions are junk I just hope these Amazon ones hang in there.

This landlord girl is usually a Kwikset loyalist, but when I wanted to upgrade my new house with some attractive hardware I just couldnt find what I wanted from KS. On a whim I looked at Schlage for our interior door hardware and I fell in love with these! They are beautiful and sturdy and were so easy to install even my 13 y/o got to work with the drill and installed some herself. Im very impressed and pleased with my purchase! Watch out KS... ;)

Bought a few of these for the French doors and closet doors. About half of them are wobbly, which is pretty annoying since they arent turning knobs. The other half are great.

Worked good for me.

I returned it because the finish wasn’t done correctly at the end of the handle.

These worked out perfectly for me. Easy to install, quality made, and a nice rubbed bronze finish. Go well with the black hinges. I’ve purchased 10 sets of these, and satisfied with all. Delivery was three days.
