Love it, especially when my arms are full when entering my room, and all I say is Alexa lights on!!

These plugs work like magic. I plugged it in and told Alexa to find new device. Piece of cake!

I bought a box of 4 plugs for my new home. At first they worked fine, but at some point, something happened, and I had these 4 plugs and a bunch of other Sengled devices suddenly stop working all together. Theyll detect and setup, but then be non-functional when I try to use them in the app. These plugs are cheap, poorly made, and Im deeply disappointed.

I had purchased another brand of plugs that said they worked with Amazon Echos. I could not get them set up. Ordered these - and Wow! Plugged one in and said discover devices and within a minute or so, it was ready to go. I have actually set up two of the four that I ordered and both were super easy. Now, its only been two days so dont know how long they will last, but they are good for now. At least for now would definitely recommend these if you want fast setup. Oh, and when you are asked what brand of plug, just hit other.

Switches work directly with Alexa and do not require a separate App to complete the installation.

Its extremely disappointing that these specific Sengled smart plugs dont work with Alexa. You do need an additional app (Sengled Ble Mesh) to control it. Theres no way to connecr this app up with Alexa. It does work from the app but not what we were looking for. We needed it to connect to Alexa.

I wanted to connect two LED floor lamps to this smart plug. But only one outlet is available on this device. So, I added a cube tap to allow the two lamps to be controlled from this plug. The result works, but is kludgy. This switch could easily be designed to handle on more than a single device. But, its not. So, four stars

Opened up the Alexa app and searched for devices and there they were ready to go. Super easy to deal with and much easier than using an app and linking to Alexa like many other brands.

Bluetooth Plugs work great, very good Bluetooth distance strength. They probably connect great through Alexa but it is the Bluetooth mobile app that leaves much to be desired. It took about 45 minutes to finally get all 4 of them all connected using the Bluetooth app. Had to factory reset some of the plugs multiple times before the app would finally recognize them. The app in not intuitive.

Like everybody else my bluetooth mesh effing garbage from sengled stopped working and will no longer work . This company should go bankrupt. DO NOT PURCHASE SENGLED TRASH. It will work fine then as others have stated, you will be dead before it ever works again. And shame on amazon for pushing known hack crap on your customers. Eff you SENGLED!
