perfect integration - took 2 minutes

I bought these plugs because I have light bulbs of the same brand and I wanted all of my smart items to be on the same app. BUT I cannot get these plugs to stay connected to our Wi-fi. We changed our router and now I cant get them to reconnect. I have tried everything. When they connect to the internet they are just as good as any other brand, but if I could go back in time I wouldnt buy them again.

They worked great, but we had an issue with Amazon Alexa connection and wouldn’t reconnect to any of the plugs through the app. No technical support to talk to. So would not recommend you buy this product.

I purchased these plugs to operate appliances with Alexa. There was no mention that the network wi-fi the Alexa is connected to must be a 2.4 G system. DO NOT purchase if you have a 5G network!!!!

Didnt connect to the app, doesnt connect to other hubs. Waste of money. Their app is trash.

I was looking for some smart plugs that DIDNT require a separate app. I got a four pack of these. Set up was quite fiddly actually - they didnt appear right away on the app without a scan. They connect over Bluetooth, and thats seems to be the root of the problem. I set up two of them, then within 30 minutes started getting Device Unresponsive messages. When a product has LITERALLY one job to do, and it cant do it, then its worthless. It may be because I have five Echo devices (two Shows and three Dots) in my house and it seems to get confused about which one to connect to. Maybe they work fine if you only have one. In any case, theyre going back to Amazon.

Hard to find a plug that works well with 5ghz wifi. Most only work with 2.4. This works perfect with my 5ghz. One of the very few I could find to work.

These mostly paired quickly when they first arrived (first one paired in seconds with no effort, the rest took a few minutes and some work despite selecting to have them paired to my Alexa before they shipped). I was happy! Used them a few times the first day without issue. Woke up the next morning and all 3 Id set up the day prior said they were unresponsive. Ive tried EVERYTHING and they just dont work. Ive downloaded 3 different apps, tried to repair them with Alexa countless times (they are never found), they arent giving off a Wi-Fi signal so theyre not discoverable via the Sengled app. I tried the 4th one, which I never set up originally, and even that one didnt work (I figured it would set up like the 3 on Day 1 but I was wrong). Absolutely a waste of time and money. So frustrating. Im returning these.

these were the best to set up....it was working before I even thought it would....so much better then those cheap no name plugs love these...

Unlike other plugs this one you just plug in and Alexa finds it and you are ready to go. Did not have to worry wether it was 2.4 or 5 modem.
