> 3 dayThe product description promised that one can set on/off hours via the Sengled App. I was able to install the switch but the app only give remote on/off option without any programming. Attempts to reach the Sengled support were fruitless. If all you want is manual remote control for on/off, this product will do. I am going to order someone that can be programmable and would actually deliver on its promise.

> 3 dayFor a pretty techie person, I found myself struggling to get these installed. Finally gave up and sent them back. Too confusing, too many steps, too many additional apps for my phone, and I just went ahead with the more expensive but easily installed Alexa plug.

> 3 dayI bought a box of 4 plugs for my new home. At first they worked fine, but at some point, something happened, and I had these 4 plugs and a bunch of other Sengled devices suddenly stop working all together. Theyll detect and setup, but then be non-functional when I try to use them in the app. These plugs are cheap, poorly made, and Im deeply disappointed.

> 3 dayI wanted to connect two LED floor lamps to this smart plug. But only one outlet is available on this device. So, I added a cube tap to allow the two lamps to be controlled from this plug. The result works, but is kludgy. This switch could easily be designed to handle on more than a single device. But, its not. So, four stars

> 3 dayLike the title says… skip these with every fiber of your being. Initial set up was a breeze. Just plugged them in and my Echo Dot and Alexa found them and added them. Success!!! Ok let’s test them… they worked. They turned the Christmas tree and other lights on and off on command. I’m king of the world!!! I can go to bed now. The next morning, I proudly have my wife try. She’s going to love it and bestow many displays of affection on me. It doesn’t work.. IT DOESN’T F@&@NG WORK. I try.. nothing. I turn them on and off manually, try to re-pair them, delete them from the profile and try again. No Alexa isn’t even seeing them. No displays of affection for me, no automated lights. Sadness settles in. In the end, the only thing that brought happiness was sending them back. Oh, if you read this far, don’t buy them. They don’t work!!!!

> 3 dayPoor Alexa integration. Box and advertisement state your echo can recognize these, but that’s only after using the manufacturer’s app and downloading the manufacturer’s skill to your echo. Couldn’t get them to pair, dealt with Amazon customer service- a whole hassle not worth it. Check the reviews for the app and the skill… you’re better off paying more for the Amazon brand that connect directly with your echo.

> 3 dayPurchased a 4-pack 11 months ago. worked intermittently until a week ago. all stopped responding. previous trick of removing devices and re-adding did not help. Tried again. No luck. Pulled all of the plugs and decided to start over. Deleted devices and asked Alexa to discover devices. Surprise! All of the plugs showed back up despite not being plugged in. Tried for support from Alexa tech support. No help. Oh, tried all combos of app/phone/echo off as well. It did try to pair with my nearby echo after factory reset on plug but just showed the mac address for the plug and alexa stated not paired.
