> 24 hourMy Shark vacuum stopped holding a charge less than a year after purchase. When I called customer service about my device not holding a charge, I was asked to pay $20 plus $10 shipping for a new charger, as this was apparently not covered under the warranty. The new charger did not change the fact that my Shark vacuum does not hold a charge, so I called customer service again. Customer service said they would send me a new device, though I would have to pay ANOTHER $20 or $30 for shipping. This was two weeks ago and I have no new device nor even a tracking link to show for the exorbitant shipping fee I paid on top of paying for the useless new charger. Customer service is clearly set up to get the customer to spend even more money before they will bother to help you. I was impressed by the product while it worked but the nickel-and-diming from customer service has ensured that next time, I will purchase a Dyson.

> 24 hourI wanted this to be a 5 star product. I have a corded shark and was very impressed, so I tried this cordless one and just wish they did a few things differently. It should come with a docking station (like the dysons do). One of the best features about the dysons is that you can mount a docking station on the wall and then just hang it up when not using. This stores the vacuum and charges it at the same time. This would have been a nice feature. Also it doesn’t stand up when you lean it against a wall or something. It slides down and falls to the floor. So you basically have to lay it on the floor or set it on a chair or table. My biggest complaint is that you have to disconnect the suction tube to empty the dust bin. This is so annoying. If you want to dump all the dust and dirt out, you have to take the suction tube off the device to open the lid and dump it. It doesn’t take very long to do this but it’s like “why do I have to do this?” It would be so easy to allow the dust catcher lid to be opened with everything still attached

> 24 hourJust got this today. Easy to assemble. Only got two attachments instead of the What was shown. It works pretty good. This is my first cordless vacuum so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I’m a senior with arthritis in both wrists. Changing out the attachments were a little difficult for me and it weighed more than I thought it would. My son and husband helped me. I like the convenience of not dragging around a cord. It does charge quickly. If it were not for my arthritis I would probably be over the moon. That’s not Sharks fault. If only it were lighter…..

> 24 hourI have been a vacuum connoisseur since I was a teenager - my Mom kept a clean house and I inherited her enjoyment of a clean house. Vacuuming is my favorite house chore - it actually relaxes me, so I always enjoy having a great vacuum that is easy to use. Right now, we have four doggos - Husky/GSD/Malamute mix, Husky/GSD/Dingo mix, GSD/Cattledog mix, and a purebred Carolina Dog (American Dingo). As you can imagine - we have a LOT of fur around here. My dogs literally shed twice a year - six months in the spring and six months in the fall. :) I vacuum the entire house at least once a day and sometimes twice. Ive had several cordless vacs - two from Dyson, one from Bissell, and two from Shark. The Dysons were dismal at picking up fur, and the Bissell was worse. And dont even get me started on the robot vacuums - we have had four (Roombas, Bobi, and Eufy) - completely ineffective and a waste of money. I got my first Shark Rocket Pet Pro vacuum in 2017, and I cant say enough about it! I have vacuumed up tons of fur with it, and it has always had great suction, great power, and its easy to keep it clean. I just replace the filters on it every month or two, and thats all the maintenance it needs. That poor vacuum died last week (through no fault of its own). I spent three days researching cordless vacuums, and kept coming back to the Shark Rocket Pet Pro. I bought a second to replace the first, and am still in love with this vacuum. Bonus: The new one that I bought has the upgraded handle with the hook for the motor, so it can stand on its own and be easily stored. The ONLY issue I have with this vacuum (and its not a huge problem): The self-cleaning brushroll is AMAZING! But - I have to stop once in a while and pull a ball of white Husky fur out of the floor attachment - the hole behind the brushroll that takes the debris up the long rod to the dustcup gets clogged (I tried to show a picture of it). When this gets blocked, the vacuum wont pick anything up. Again, not a deal breaker, especially with the self-cleaning brushroll, but it is the one less-than-perfect aspect of this unit. And Im probably the only one in the world with this issue, because I have my beautiful fur-factory doggos running around here. :) Overall, I adore this cordless vac and will recommend it to everyone!

> 24 hourI have tried so many vacuums looking for one that isnt too heavy, is cordless and most important will pick up dog and cat hair. FINALLY I found a winner. This isnt a big monster vac with huge suction. Its a cordless, easy to use, and not heavy vacuum, and it does a great job picking up hair and dirt. It works on bare floors, low carpet, rugs, etc. Its easy to empty and take apart. Its very light too! I use this daily. Its truly a lifesaver as the hair and dirt was making me crazy! The time per charge is more than sufficient for me. If you need a big deep cleaning carpet machine this probably isnt for you. But for everyday cleaning, its FABULOUS!

> 24 hourEDIT: After many emails back and forth with Shark, they finally agreed to send me the missing attachments. Took a few months to get all of them, as they sent 1 at a time as they became available, but I have them all now. As I said before, the vacuum works great and my only reason for the initial 1 star review was that I didnt receive all the attachments. Now that I have them, Ill change to a 4 star review. Taking off one star because I had to work way harder than I should have had to to get them -- and because they are STILL advertising as included the parts that Shark says are not included. This works great to get the cat hair out of my carpet, BUT the only attachment I received was the crevice tool. I dont want to return it, but is there any way the 2 dusting brushes pictured can be sent to me? UPDATE: Per the product description, WHATS INCLUDED: Shark Cordless Stick Vacuum, Crevice Tool, Dusting Brush, Pet Multi-Tool and Anti-Allergen Brush. The only attachment I got was the crevice tool. Amazon says my only recourse is to return the item or work with Shark. Dont want to return it, as I love the vacuum and it was a Black Friday deal. I contacted Shark, and they say the items are NOT included, but I can purchase them (at a cost of almost $60, plus tax and shipping). Aint gonna do that either. So Im changing my review to 1 star for lousy customer service. Neither Amazon nor Shark wants to take credit for the false advertising. Buyer beware.

> 24 hourOverall, its a nice vacuum and great for hair given the squeegy style roller. But, wont stand on its own so storing isnt great. Also, unlike other Shark vacs I have, there is no front roller for against walls so misses about an inch near walls.

> 24 hourWOW!!!! I bought this after my Hoover stick vacuum (R.I.P) died after years of good service but this Shark is the BEST! It picks up the dirt, fur, feathers, hair, whatever and even works great on carpets. It can go under couches, chairs, tables, in corners just about anywhere. Then you just pop off the top off it and its a hand held vac. It runs off a single charge long enough for me to get my whole house done (2700 sq. ft.) and the beauty is that Im not dragging a cord along with me. I love it, so much so that I bought one for my son and his wife. Highly recommend this vac.
