> 3 dayThis is an okay vacuum. Its a little bulky and difficult to maneuver around furniture. It also puts off a weird smell, which I figured would go away but months later, its still there. The battery life isnt that impressive and it takes a little while to charge. The bottom roller piece constantly gets stuck in an upward position, making me stop to push it back down and thats probably the most annoying part. I do like how efficient the vacuum is, and that hair doesnt get wrapped around the roller. It does suck up a lot of dirt, especially on carpets.

Greater than one weekUPDATE 5/22/22: Its almost 6 months later and I am still very happy with this purchase. Thought I killed it about a month ago by sucking up water (trying to clean, toddler running amok, was right by pet bowl). But I immediately turned it off, wiped out what I could, and left it sitting off and open for several days. It has not shown any issues thus far. (Certainly wouldnt recommend doing this, but just an observation). I still would recommend using this as mostly an alternative for sweeping. It does ok on our very small area rugs, but our traditional vacuum runs circles around this on our rugs in our downstairs family room as far as pet hair. I got this hand held vac to replace our dustmop for our plank vinyl floors. I have horrible allergies, but sweeping seems to aggravate them. That being said, I still put this vac to the test. We have central vac, and its a pain to haul that sucker out for area rugs. We have black utility rugs by our doors, and a white pit bull who loves rolling on them (get a pit bull my husband said, they hardly shed my husband said! Yeah right!). Plus its winter and the salt and debris makes them look awful. The right side in the photos was our central vac. Left side was the Shark handheld on carpet mode, no boost. Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised! Now, if you are 2000sq.ft. wall to wall carpet, do I think you are going to replace your current vacuum cleaner with this? No. However, as a replacement for a Swiffer sweeper/ broom, or short matt area rugs, this little guy does well.

> 3 dayI have had this for almost a month and we have used it quite a few times. It sucks better than my old Dyson and the light helps see where you are going. It picked up dirt and dog hair and also stuffing from torn up dog doys and leaves and other things like this that my Dyson never could. The downside so far is there is a missing dust brush and pet multi-tool, which is partly why I chose this. These are currently sold out at the Shark website so I wonder if this is why we did not get them. I have contacted Shark customer service and am waiting to see what they say. Otherwise, these are $50 if they are ever available again. ****Amazon, change your description so it is accurate as to what you receive!! ****No wall mount so you just have to sort of lean it somewhere, which is not ideal. So far it is ok in the corner we have found for it. I will update if I hear from Shark on the missing tools.

> 3 dayI was never a fan of cordless, rechargeable vacuums....until now! I have a client that has a cordless vacuum, it isnt a Shark, but after several months I came to enjoy using it. Since using a cordless vacuum I realized how much easier it is then a corded vacuum. I have always liked the Shark vacuum cleaners; I have 2 corded Shark vacuums, an upright and a handheld, I like them both equally and these are upgrades from older Shark vacuums. I vacuum A LOT! I have a dog that sheds 24/7, 365 days a year and an indoor rabbit. One selling point with this cordless vacuum was the brush roll power fins. I have very long hair and it always got caught in the brush roll of the other vacuum. Ive attached 2 photos showing how clean the brush roll is AFTER I vacuumed my house. NOT ONE HAIR is stuck around the brush roll. The only thing that got caught was some dog fur around the tiny wheels; no big deal, I pulled those out with needle nose pliers. Some might say that this vacuum doesnt have the same suction power as the corded vacuums, well, the suction is good enough. No it isnt the same suction as a corded vacuum, but it is good enough. The filter needs to be kept clean to get full suction power, it doesnt clean itself. Others have complained that the battery doesnt last long enough. Fully charged, this vacuum will do my entire 3 bedroom rambler house. I like the light in front of the vacuum. The vacuum works very well on hardwood floors, area rugs and carpet.

> 3 dayThis replaces my Dyson vacuum and does such a better job. We have 2 cats and Im amazed at all the hair we pick up on a day to day basis. Its lightweight, easy to handle, easy to convert to hand held, and easy to empty. Battery life is decent and I love not having a cord to deal with!

> 3 day6 months ago I was looking for a cordless vacuum that could tackle all the shedding my dog, longhair cat and my boyfriend and I have and this has worked great! Its got really good suction and decent battery life too. It’s crazy how much it picks up even when you think your floors are clean. It has gotten clogged a couple times but thats mostly due from me trynna vaccumm up something I shouldn’t have. My only complaint is it states it comes with 4 attatchments yet I only received two.

Greater than one weekI won a Dyson V8 Animal Vacuum about two years ago, in a work contest. I ended up moving homes, and my original house became a rental. I kept the Dyson at the rental, and decided that I wanted to get a cordless vacuum for the permanent residence. I went with this vacuum, as I used to always love the Shark lineup of products. The price on this vacuum is fairly comparable to the Dyson. I cannot express this strongly enough, the Shark is an absolute embarrassment compared to the Dyson. The suction is weak by comparison, the detailing brushroll marks that make the look of the carpet pop, are almost nonexistent. Shark boasts that the battery lasts for 40 minutes per charge. NOPE. Barely ten minutes, since the very day that I got the machine. I have literally given this six months for it to grow on me, and I could not be more disappointed. For the price, get anything else. I will never buy a Shark again, despite always being a huge fan. I am incredibly disappointed, and wish i would have returned it and gotten my money back. Could not be more disappointed.

> 3 dayLove almost everything about this vacuum. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because it does seem to clog really easily. It is really easy to clean, however.
