I have been using Sonoff sockets, S20s and S31s, for a couple of years. I have about 10 of them currently operating in two houses, none have failed. I do reprogram them with the Arduino IDE. They use an ESP chip from Expressif which are very reliable. So this a rating for the hardware, I have never used their cloud service or software.

Great for high amperage devices. I wanted a smart plug that could handle 15 amps to control an electric heater with Alexa. This fit the bill.

Trash product, I literally tried every possible way to get these to work and nothing helped. I literally just threw them away. It was worth the trouble to return them.

Este producto cumple muy bien con lo que promete, pero no es lo que mas recomendaria, hay mejores soluciones por precios muy similares, pero si quieres mantener todo bajo la misma marca lo puedes comprar con toda confianza. En mi opinion personal, para el tamano que ocupan, el minimo que deberian de ofrecer es medir el consumo.

Worst buy ever... I thought I was getting a great deal with the 4 pack... Wrong had to return them as they would not pair. Im in IT so I know how to pair... Junk as I see it on my part...
