Its a lightweight flashlight but heavy duty. Battery life is about 30 mins shorter than what it says but as long as you have an extra battery your golden. Brightest flashlight Ive owned. (And I have owned about 16)

This is by far the best flashlight I have even owned. It is clearly expensive, but completely worth it in my view. Very solid build, light weight, and easy to use. I bought the Stinger 9 months ago, and have used it regularly since then. I live in a rural area, with lots of opportunities to use a flashlight at night. This light works so well it can be used as a spotlight, with a bright solid white beam at up to 75 yards or more. And it throws off some peripheral light, as well, so you get a broad field of vision. Battery life is good -- about an hour of continuous use. It recharges overnight with the standard charger base, and there is a rapid charger option available. No complaints at all.

This is perhaps the coolest flash light ever. You can see from many yards away. Its awesome.

I am not a flashlight techie like a lot of reviewers. I live in a rural area and the flashlight is invaluable for marauding Varmits and other unwanted visitors while walking or working at night, specifically Rattlesnakes in the season. Having been a former law enforcement officer, I knew the value of the flashlight in that kind of work and relied heavily on their written opinions here before deciding to purchase. Im happy I did. I was so surpised upon using this light for the first time. I read about others claiming more lumens etc, but was most swayed by the LE guys using it daily. Well, they were right , the light output is astounding, it is well focused with just enough periphery light around the main beam to make orientation and tracking easy. The recharging, both ac and dc are great and well thought out. No battery changes or removal for re-charging......just slide it into the charger receiver by aligning the charging posts and it will snap into place with the re-charging light confirming proper contact. The light controls with a very traditional push button switch that was well thought out and easy to operate. The light is smaller and lighter than a old style c cell Kelite and is easily carried in a front or rear pocket. The non-slip rubber body grip is also a great feature. Quite honestly, if this light holds up as well as it initially functions it will well earn the five stars I gave it...only time and use will tell. I thought spending this much on a flashlight was crazy, but can tell you now..I was wrong. It is worth every penny and I highly recommend it.

This is a nice flashlight, but for $130 I expected a bit more. I knocked a star off because; 1) the end cap is plastic and looks rather flimsy, so it will probably break if its dropped and lands on its end, 2) the car charger is the same as the home charger (its designed to be screwed into a wall) rather than being a compact version that would fit more neatly in a center console or glovebox, and 3) the single battery is either a metal hydride or nickel cadmium (the instructions say it could be either), rather than a modern lithium battery (and for $130, I would expect an extra battery). If it were priced at $75, Id give it 5 stars.

I own a number of stream lights. I spent a few years about a decade back buying cheap flashlights from China that had an aluminum bodies, and that I thought would last. I can tell you stream lights are the very best, Im sure there are other brands that are high-end and just as good. But the value that you get from a streamlight flashlight is just exceptional. This one generally comes with a wall charger as well as a 12 volt charger option. It is extremely bright and has three settings as well which is Handy if you want to try to keep the battery going. I pretty much just use it around the farm for maybe 10 minutes at a time most. I might have to charge it once a month. I drop it pretty regularly, and it takes a beating and keeps on ticking.

20 years as a cop and this is the best light I have ever used. Even better than their smaller version. I thought size would be an issue but it really isnt much bigger. Doing building searches, this will light up hallways the length of a football field like you have turned on all the light in the hallway. It has a great straight long distance beam that doesnt have black spots like a mag light and has some wide angle light as well. It is light weight and fits in the flashlight pocket in the back of my pants, without falling into it so I cant get to it quickly. I cant say enough goo about this light. This is the best purchase I have made in my career.

This product is AMAZING! No doubt that Streamlight is the best brand when it comes to equipment for duty. I have a TLR-1HR on my Glock 19 MOS and now this, WOAH! What an amazing flashlight.

Brighter than the regular led stinger. Shines farther tighter beam. Battery doesnt last long so I keep it on the charger when not using it. Always ready to go. Durable from whatever height other than the lens. Direct hit can put a crack in it but I haven’t had one shatter. Overall a powerful light I have 8 of them keep them in every truck, house, shop, etc on mounted Chargers. worth the money. Don’t get a cheapo
