I have hard wood floors and a cocker spaniel. She sheds and this vacuum cleans up her hair so easily. I also have small kids and they make messes all the time. I just pull out my vacuum and clean their mess up without having to fight my kids over getting in the way of the broom! Only thing I would like differently is if the battery lasted longer. I can clean my whole house with the battery but the wait time on charging sucks.

I regret not spending the extra money on the higher end model. This one does not have great suction power. I use it to vacuum cat litter and as soon as I turn it off, the litter falls out of the bottom. I used the other model previously and should have stuck with that.

10/10 Love this vaccuum! We had a Dyson before this for 10 years that needed parts replaced, so decided to try out Tineco. Love that it’s battery charged. It has enough power to vacuum our 3 bed/2 bath home with both carpet and wood floors. I have also used the attachments to spot clean, vacuum the couch and also the car. It is light weight and quieter than our Dyson was. I was actually on the phone yesterday with my husband and we were able to have an entire conversation while he was vacuuming. Highly recommend!

I Love the maneuverability and convenience of this vacuum and it picks up much more than I can see is on the floor. I use it primarily for carpet & I have cats. I can do my whole downstairs + the stairs on one charge with charge left over. Doesnt scare the cats. Love that it has its own docking station & I can have it easy access for quick pick-ups & the accessories are right there with the vacuum. Love that it automatically connects & charges when you dock it. I especially wanted the mini power brush for upholstery which works very well on the carpeted stairs, upholstery kitchen chairs, etc. I like that I can see how much it is picking up. It is very easy to empty & clean the filters & the brush head. I highly recommend buying extra filters. I always replace the pre-filter after each use & wash the dirty pre-filter & put it somewhere to dry. With extra filters, I can rotate & always have a clean/dry one in the machine. I purchased the A11 Hero from Walmart about 6 weeks ago for our business. We all love it so I chose this one for home. I learned from experience with the A11 Hero at the business it picks up so much dust left from lousy vacuums in the past that even though it is just about 1000 sq ft, the filter must be washed after every use. I am finding that the dust load seems to be improving now that we have been using it a few weeks. I have 4 Pre-filters & 4 Hepa filters for home and the business that I rotate. The Hepa filters do not need to be cleaned or replaced nearly as often, but I like having spares. At the business, there was some concern that the width of the head would make it slower to do the vacuuming at the end of the day. It has actually proven to be a definite plus. Not only does the smaller head (compared to some of the big clunky vacuums we have had in the past) improve the suction, but it makes it more agile to get into and under things the larger vacuum heads would not access without moving large items. Bottom line, I expect I will vacuum more often with less hassle since it is so accessible & easy to use. The A11 Hero at work has won them all over & no complaints about vacuuming at the end of the day!

Love, love, love this vacuum. So easy to just grab and vac without worrying about repositioning cord! Light weight and so easy to use!

So...this product is for picking up crumbs only. Thats it. The thing wont even pick up popcorn because of how low the base sits to the floor. It is not adjustable. This is probably only good enough to be used in its detatched state. But as far as vacuuming the floor, Meh. Itll work if youve opened a nature valley crunch bar over your carpet... as long as an actual piece of the bar didnt break off. Including video this week.

Very disappointed in this vacuum. It doesn’t pick up well at all. I’m also used to hanging the vacuum on the wall charger and it begins charging. This one you have to hang then plug in. Small inconvenience but worth mentioning if you’re used to just hanging and leaving. The power/suction was the biggest disappointment. My other vacuum broke so I was in a hurry to replace otherwise I’d have returned it.

This thing has so much suction and is so quiet I thought there was something wrong with it on high power vacuuming my carpet, it literally sticks to the floor. Our area rugs look absolutely amazing and the amount of hair and dust particles that came up were absolutely unbelievable. This is after using our Shark Vacuum that recently crapped out and clogged with hair EVERY SINGE TIME. The tineco a11 pet ex works best on setting 1 or 2 on carpet, 3 on hard floors and 3 to deep clean the carpet but takes a little more effort. Great accessories, second battery is a must!! If you want something quick and light with big power for half the price of a dyson this is it. If you want to spend $500-$600 get the tineco s15 pet ex. If youre completely insane get the newest dyson.

I had high hopes for this stick vacuum. It barely does anything. Suction is very low right out of the box with charged up batteries. Anything heavier than hair and dust on hard floors is not going to be picked up. So if you have any bit of sand, dirt, etc on the floor it will stay. Forget about anything on carpet. We have very low profile mats and it picks up nothing off of them. The brushes randomly stop working and come back when you turn it on and off. Battery life is not too bad. You get about 10 minutes off each battery. Dumping the dust bin is a mess. Over a trashcan, well into the can, the dust flies out, but any hair stays put. You have to pull everything apart to get the dog and human hair out, making a mess and dirty hands.

It’s a decent vacuum. Battery life is subpar, suction isn’t the best. I’m coming from a Dyson to a what I thought was a good dupe from hear say and ehhh. Battery life is about the same. Suction is half of a Dyson. The vacuum is good if you’ve never experienced a Dyson. I would buy again buy definitely not to the standards that the reviews say.
