Tineco A11 Pet Cordless Stick Vacuum Cleaner, Lightweight with Anti-Tangle Brush Powerful Handheld Vacuum for Hard Floor, Carpet and Pet

I actually have two of these. One bought about a year ago and the other older than that. The first unit came with 2 batteries standard. After a year or so both batteries would only run for 5-10 minutes tops before dying. I went to the Tineco site and bought one replacement. Then I saw this model was discounted and was only like $25 then just a battery. So I bought this off Amazon as well. Not less than 1 year later the replacement battery as well as the battery that came with the Amazon purchase are also shot. And not from overuse either. Probably use these vacuums twice a week for 20 minutes tops. The replacement batteries are $70 and only available from Teneco directly. I like the vacuum and it works great on bare floors. But Im not paying $70 every 10 months for replacement batteries.

Good vacuum cleaner

Bought because it was light weight. It does seem like I have to vacuum really slow and go over the same spot a couple times to get all the dog hair. I probably wouldnt buy this again!!!

I suggest getting an extra battery. I go through 2 cleaning. I don’t recommend for carpet, I just doesn’t feel like it is able to really get a good suction. On wood, laminate etc it works just fine. I find it a step up from a swiffer vac.

Fast delivery. Arrived new, in perfect condition. Took only seconds to assemble. Easy charging. Very quiet. Very light. High suction. I will update if it lasts…. I hope so! Great ability to get under low furniture and maneuver around things. As first impression: great! Subpar website to register. Never did get prompt for free product” as per packaging. But at least it works so far. Update: so far still so great!

Not very impressed. When on high it lasts only 15 minutes if that. Doesn’t hold tiny rocks and will fall out when I hang it up on the wall. Super disappointing and now I’m out money.

This thing has so much suction and is so quiet I thought there was something wrong with it on high power vacuuming my carpet, it literally sticks to the floor. Our area rugs look absolutely amazing and the amount of hair and dust particles that came up were absolutely unbelievable. This is after using our Shark Vacuum that recently crapped out and clogged with hair EVERY SINGE TIME. The tineco a11 pet ex works best on setting 1 or 2 on carpet, 3 on hard floors and 3 to deep clean the carpet but takes a little more effort. Great accessories, second battery is a must!! If you want something quick and light with big power for half the price of a dyson this is it. If you want to spend $500-$600 get the tineco s15 pet ex. If youre completely insane get the newest dyson.

I’m disappointed in the product. Battery life is less than desirable and it just isn’t that good at picking up general life messes. It will take me multiple attempts at picking up general food crumbs or cat litter on hard wood floors for things to be clean. It’s easy to use and move around and it works fine but I was hoping for so much more.

Purchased this vacuum a month ago and use it on a daily basis for light clean up in a dusty environment. Good suction for dust and small debris. Doesn’t pick up anything larger than a dime. The handle attaches and detaches easily so the accessories can be used w/o a problem. Would recommend this product for anyone who has to do quick clean up on a regular basis. Also note it is fairly quiet and manuverable.

I Love the maneuverability and convenience of this vacuum and it picks up much more than I can see is on the floor. I use it primarily for carpet & I have cats. I can do my whole downstairs + the stairs on one charge with charge left over. Doesnt scare the cats. Love that it has its own docking station & I can have it easy access for quick pick-ups & the accessories are right there with the vacuum. Love that it automatically connects & charges when you dock it. I especially wanted the mini power brush for upholstery which works very well on the carpeted stairs, upholstery kitchen chairs, etc. I like that I can see how much it is picking up. It is very easy to empty & clean the filters & the brush head. I highly recommend buying extra filters. I always replace the pre-filter after each use & wash the dirty pre-filter & put it somewhere to dry. With extra filters, I can rotate & always have a clean/dry one in the machine. I purchased the A11 Hero from Walmart about 6 weeks ago for our business. We all love it so I chose this one for home. I learned from experience with the A11 Hero at the business it picks up so much dust left from lousy vacuums in the past that even though it is just about 1000 sq ft, the filter must be washed after every use. I am finding that the dust load seems to be improving now that we have been using it a few weeks. I have 4 Pre-filters & 4 Hepa filters for home and the business that I rotate. The Hepa filters do not need to be cleaned or replaced nearly as often, but I like having spares. At the business, there was some concern that the width of the head would make it slower to do the vacuuming at the end of the day. It has actually proven to be a definite plus. Not only does the smaller head (compared to some of the big clunky vacuums we have had in the past) improve the suction, but it makes it more agile to get into and under things the larger vacuum heads would not access without moving large items. Bottom line, I expect I will vacuum more often with less hassle since it is so accessible & easy to use. The A11 Hero at work has won them all over & no complaints about vacuuming at the end of the day!
