I really like the product for my studio apt. The battery dies very quickly so I can imagine it’s frustrating if you’re vacuuming a large apt or house. I bought this in August and in November the battery stopped charging properly (it only charges to one line so it dies even sooner). I gave their customer service a call and they’ve been somewhat helpful. It’s been about three weeks since I requested a new battery. They don’t really respond to emails so I’ve had to call them multiple times for updates. Overall I don’t reject buying the vacuum (in the hopes that I do receive a battery replacement) but not sure I would recommend it anymore.

I have hard wood floors and a cocker spaniel. She sheds and this vacuum cleans up her hair so easily. I also have small kids and they make messes all the time. I just pull out my vacuum and clean their mess up without having to fight my kids over getting in the way of the broom! Only thing I would like differently is if the battery lasted longer. I can clean my whole house with the battery but the wait time on charging sucks.

The Tineco A10 is my first experience with a stick vacuum. I absolutely love it! This vacuum is easy to maneuver great suction. I am very impressed with how much this vacuum picks up. I have 3 kids and a dog I vacuum daily. With a full charge I am able to vacuum the majority of my house. This works great on carpet, hardwood, ceramic tile. The vacuum does offer a max option I find I dont need it. This vacuum comes with attachments all of which I use daily. Highly recommend purchasing this vacuum

I had Dyson before but the battery wasn’t charging as much, I purchased this one and after 3 hours it was charged. I used it about 15 minutes on high.. I was happy with results! I feel like it suction better than my expensive Dyson. I used it only once but I like it.

Not very impressed. When on high it lasts only 15 minutes if that. Doesn’t hold tiny rocks and will fall out when I hang it up on the wall. Super disappointing and now I’m out money.

this is a good buy only thing I dont like is that I thought it came with two different vacuums otherwise I wouldnt have bought it other than that complaint it kool I like it

The Tineco stick vac is awesome!! I purchased my first one in 2019 and have purchased 4 more since for loved ones. Bought one for my brother in 2020 and he called me regularly to tell me how much he loved his. My 79 year old uncle just got his over the weekend and loves it. He is showing it off to his entire retirement community. I also purchased the iFloor3 wet/dry vac and love that one as well. So nice to be able to clean floors without having to vacuum first. Bottom line, these products are awesome and I highly recommend them. Additionally, support services are great!!

I have had two Dyson stick vacuums and loved them. But when my second one died, I wasn’t willing to spend $600+ for a new one. So I looked at different stick vacuums on Amazon and came across this one. I had never heard of this brand before and was very skeptical. I saw a link of an independent review and learned Tineco has been making vacuums for over 20 years. The reviewer showed the suction power of this vacuum about the same as a Dyson. Amazon reviews were very favorable. Now I see why. And at a little over $200 I thought I would take a chance. It proved well worth it. I have used this vacuum for six months and love it MORE than the Dyson. It is quieter and has 3 different power settings. There is also a lock to keep the trigger button on and save finger stress. The Dyson didn’t have that feature. I am very happy with my purchase!! You will be too!

I love this vacuum! Lightweight, goes everywhere, decent suction overall!

There is a bottleneck about a thumbnail sized wide point between the tube and where the debris dumps into the holding container. This tiny space will not allow you to vacuum anything other than a light smattering of pet hair or dust. Even a small leaf can and WILL block this section. The battery doesn’t last more than 15 minutes usage on a full charge. Not particularly strong suction but even if it was, most items would get blocked. If you only have hard floors and very light fur this could work for you.
