> 3 dayJust got it a couple of weeks ago. I am really liking it. I wish that it had just a bit more suction and more battery life. Definitely get 2 batteries if you purchase. The unit is so light and easy to use. Clean up is not too much of a burden. I dont really care for having to clean the filter after each use because I use it twice a day most days. I hate even a crumb on the floor so loving it even though I have to clean the filter after each use. I honestly do not clean it after morning use, just at end of the day.

Greater than one weekI so wanted to love this vacuum, it is great at things that have no substance such as dust on my floors or dog hair - this part is an absolute WIN! But I live on a farm, and my floors are concrete throughout my house with the exception of a large rug in my living area. So we track in mud (I dont try to vacuum the mud), shavings and small rocks on a daily basis, along with our pets - this is where the vacuum fails.... it will pick it up and retain the small items until you shut it off and then it all falls back on the floor and then I have to clean it up with another item. This is less than a month old, the filters are not dirty so there should not be this issue. This is literally my only problem with the vacuum everything else about it is spot on but because of this I will be returning it.

> 3 dayI was really surprised by the power of those little vacuum. It is very handy and does a much better job than I expected. I have a bad back and its such a pain to use my regular vacuum with the cord. I purchased this little vacuum so I can have something for quick cleanups but I find myself using it all the time. It fits under things very well. Its easy to control and steer I can get into spaces that I never could get my big corded vacuum into. The attachments are easy to change. Crevice tool and the dust brush is really good for getting on the top of my moldings and into the small spaces. The lights on the battery tell you when its time to recharge and when it is fully charged. For the price I am very happy, I dont know what the one the cost three times as much more could do any better.

> 3 dayI Love the maneuverability and convenience of this vacuum and it picks up much more than I can see is on the floor. I use it primarily for carpet & I have cats. I can do my whole downstairs + the stairs on one charge with charge left over. Doesnt scare the cats. Love that it has its own docking station & I can have it easy access for quick pick-ups & the accessories are right there with the vacuum. Love that it automatically connects & charges when you dock it. I especially wanted the mini power brush for upholstery which works very well on the carpeted stairs, upholstery kitchen chairs, etc. I like that I can see how much it is picking up. It is very easy to empty & clean the filters & the brush head. I highly recommend buying extra filters. I always replace the pre-filter after each use & wash the dirty pre-filter & put it somewhere to dry. With extra filters, I can rotate & always have a clean/dry one in the machine. I purchased the A11 Hero from Walmart about 6 weeks ago for our business. We all love it so I chose this one for home. I learned from experience with the A11 Hero at the business it picks up so much dust left from lousy vacuums in the past that even though it is just about 1000 sq ft, the filter must be washed after every use. I am finding that the dust load seems to be improving now that we have been using it a few weeks. I have 4 Pre-filters & 4 Hepa filters for home and the business that I rotate. The Hepa filters do not need to be cleaned or replaced nearly as often, but I like having spares. At the business, there was some concern that the width of the head would make it slower to do the vacuuming at the end of the day. It has actually proven to be a definite plus. Not only does the smaller head (compared to some of the big clunky vacuums we have had in the past) improve the suction, but it makes it more agile to get into and under things the larger vacuum heads would not access without moving large items. Bottom line, I expect I will vacuum more often with less hassle since it is so accessible & easy to use. The A11 Hero at work has won them all over & no complaints about vacuuming at the end of the day!

> 3 dayI can’t finish one medium room with out it over heating. Then I use my broom and dust pan. Also, won’t pick up anything on an uneven surface, like going from hardwood to flat throw rug, I have to switch to the nozzle. Basically, not happy. But purchased in January, should have returned it sooner.

> 3 dayI bought this thinking I would just use it for quick cleaning in the kitchen in between running the robot vacuums. My first time I ran it in semi darkness in the kitchen before going to bed, and wow! The light on the front lit up all the crumbs and even dust, and this thing sucked it all up, even the dust! (I had no idea my vinyl plank floors were so dusty! Yikes!) The light on the front revealed a perfectly clean area where it had been. I was so impressed I kept vacuuming on and on, didn’t even need to use the high power mode!! It was so satisfying to see everything it revealed on what I thought was my clean floors. I finished the kitchen and went into other rooms. I have a 15 year old Miele I paid $800 for back then, and this little thing easily does as good a job!! I am amazed! It is so maneuverable in any direction, lightweight, not very noisy, and does a fantastic job. Second time I ran it for about 45 minutes and got all but two rooms of my 3,000 Sq ft house cleaned before it needed recharging. I love being able to empty the dust bucket by just releasing the latch. Also, as I ran it I kept expecting to feel the pull of a cord stopping me but it is cordless! What a joy to not be limited by a cord! I have one area rug and it did get everything off it but unsure if it does as deep a cleaning as the special vacuum head on my Miele, but for spot cleaning the rug this is perfect, and I suspect if I use this in high power mode on the rug it will deep clean the pile. For fun: Run it in a darkly lit room and be amazed!! You can’t see how dirty your floors really are or it’s full cleaning abilities in daytime.

Greater than one weekHad this for a little over a week and so far I love it! Was originally looking for handheld vac to vacuum the carpeting on the walls of our Casita travel trailer. The price for a handheld vacuum with a beater bar attachment were crazy expensive. This vac got good reviews and gave me every attachment you could ask for. Have only been able to use it around the house, but it does a great job. The big floor attachment with beater bar fits under all the furniture and gets into places where my bigger battery floor model will not fit, plus it has a light on it! Very handy! It has a regular power and max power options. Mostly use the regular power. The trigger requires you to keep it depressed while using, although it does have a little lever to make the power continuous. At first I did not like this feature, but what I have since realized is that you really do save battery power if it just shuts off rather than waiting for the user to turn it off. The battery goes for about 30 minutes, so if I were going to keep this for at home, I would definitely purchase an additional battery. I have that on my bigger battery powered vac and for my house, I need the second battery for longer run time. But I have a two story house, 4 bedrooms, living room, family room and stairway. All hard surface floors, no carpet. TIP: empty the dustbin at least once during the 1/2 hour of use; it picks up a lot of dog hair for me and fills up quickly. Very happy with this vacuum!

> 3 dayThis vacuum is great for hardwood, it picks up everything my regular corded vacuum misses and doesn’t spray stuff everywhere out the back. On carpet it’s good for everyday cleaning but you would still need a regular more powerful vacuum to really get all the dust up. Great for crumbs on any flooring, not great for pet hair unless it’s on hardwood then it’s amazing.
