> 3 dayThis vacuum makes it so easy to clean. Very lightweight and the battery lasts a long time. BUT my absolute favorite thing about it is the anti-tangle technology. I had long hair that sheds like crazy.. I used to have to cut my hair out of other vacuums often. Not with this vacuum though! I think ive cut out less than 20 strands the entire time Ive owned it. Its amazing.

13-04-2025I was very excited to get this vacuum, and it worked great everywhere throughout my small apartment until I went over my flat woven rugs. Since the vacuum can only be used in Auto or Max mode, as soon as it sensed dirt on the rug and revved up, the suction was too much and pulled up the rugs, clogging the head. I contacted customer support, and they suggested trying the app to see if it allowed me to set the vacuum to low suction. It doesnt, but Im hopeful their suggestion indicates that possibly that feature could be added down the road. In the meantime, the smaller brush head works fine on these rugs, but it takes a little more time since that head is half the width of the regular one and not really meant for that kind of floor use. If Id gotten one of these vacuums that didnt have that smaller brush head, I would have had to return it. Luckily since I have a small apartment, the battery life is just fine for me. I can always get what I needed clean on a single charge. This vacuum would be perfect if I could vacuum my rugs as intended.

> 3 dayI love the portability of this vacuum system. We live in a little house with stairs. Hauling our regular old vacuum--which is a very good one -- around in relatively cramped spaces was really frustrating. This system works beautifully for us. The changeable attachments make it easy to clean even in tight or very low or very narrow spaces. It works long enough on a single charge that I can do nearly an entire floor. The one thing I wish were possible would be to switch to a less powerful suction level. We have old oriental rugs and the suction is so strong I worry about damage. I have to use the upholstery head for the rugs -- an inconvenience but not a terrible one. You have to clean the dust collector after every job -- not that big a deal -- and you have to clean the brushes and the little filter cylinder -- also not that big a deal. Compared to hauling even a compact vacuum around our little house, this is a dream. I love it!

> 3 dayIt is very good, with a great power to take all dust from carpets, and very easy to use and clean. Battery takes almost 4 hours to get fully charged, and lasts around 30 minutes, so maybe an extra battery would be helpful to clean all house without interruption.

> 3 dayThis vacuum makes cleaning a breeze! It is smooth and light but it is mighty. It cleans hardwood and carpet so well! I like it more than the Dyson stick I had!

> 3 dayI’m in absolute love with this vacuum! It is so easy to use, it does an incredible job cleaning and I like that you can click a button and make it go into max mode for those high traffic areas. We have two dogs that shed a lot and the head light helps illuminate the dirt, dust and hair on the floor so you can make sure you get it all. The only down sides is the trash container is small and with two dogs that means a few extra trips to the trash to empty it. But thankfully it’s super easy to empty. Also that handle is a little heavy because of the battery and trash canister but it’s still lighter than our Kirby.

15-04-2025I am very happy with this vacuum. It works very well overall. It is very easy to maneuver and gets into tight spots quite well. It transitions very well from carpet to bare floor. I would rate it five stars overall except for a few, mostly minor, complaints: In addition to the main cleaning head, it has 4 accessories, but the wall mount only has space for 3 The unit can only be charged in the wall mount holder, you cannot plug a charger in directly The charger is underpowered; I put it on the charger as soon as I unpacked it (there was enough charge to test it out) and was not fully charged after four hours. The charger plug is proprietary, and I cannot substitute one of the numerous chargers I have accumulated over the years. The battery appears to be a proprietary design so I cannot substitute one of my 18v or 20v tool batteries. The vacuum only comes with one battery. A spare battery costs $150 which is approximately 2/3 the price of the whole vacuum Looking over this list I wonder if maybe it should be three stars??? Hope this helps

> 3 dayLove the variable suction so far. Needed a second battery. I have 2 cats and 2 dogs and lots of dirt from ongoing house remodeling. Likely dirt levels will be lighter when construction is done. But it cleans great!

> 3 dayI originally began looking for a vacuum to make cleaning my stairs easier. It’s always a hassle with the big corded vacuum. I am so glad that I found this stick vacuum. This is the first stick vacuum I’ve owned (besides the one I bought and returned the next day right before purchasing this one). The suction is great and it’s easy to maneuver. It works better than my corded vacuum and makes me want to vacuum more often. I love that it has a base to sit on and it doesn’t need to be installed on a wall. The battery does go down quickly, but it hasn’t been an issue for me since most of my lower level is uncarpeted. I do sometimes use it on the wood floors, but mainly use it for the carpet. I do wish the dustbin was a little larger though. My favorite feature is the iLoop smart sensor. I keep the setting on auto and it automatically adjusts suction power according to how dirty the area is. You can see when the area is clean with the lcd screen (changes from red to blue). I have a dog and it works great picking up pet hair. The first time I used it, it picked up hair that my corded pet vacuum wouldn’t pick up. So now I use my Tineco exclusively. I caught this on sale and am 100% happy with my purchase!

> 3 dayI did a TON of research about different vacuums before deciding to buy this one. Im the kind of person to do extensive research before a big purchase and this vacuum hit all my marks. It is a really good vacuum, and I dont regret buying it at all. However, there are both good and bad things about it. I live in an apartment with both hard floors and carpet and I have a cat. I wanted a vacuum that was good on all floors and was good with pet hair. This vacuum is VERY good with pet hair. My cat sheds like crazy. Every time I use this thing, it picks up a lot. Its good with carpet and hard floors but sometimes the wheels dont rotate enough and theres a little bit of scratching on the hard floors. I dont mind it, though. Its not very often and not intense. The vacuum is relatively quiet compared to others Ive owned and being so small, its easy to store. It doesnt get very close to edges or corners but the plethora of add-ons really help with that. Just snap on the thin nozzle and corners are clean. Its pretty lightweight and and I LOVE the switch that keeps the trigger down for you because after holding down on it for ten minutes, my finger starts to hurt. The charging station (see image) works fine on the floor. As a renter, I was worried Id have to bolt it to a wall. You do not have to. While the small thing is pretty powerful, Id call this a good apartment vacuum. I dont think Id use it to clean a whole house, too much space and the battery can run down low easily. I do 5-10 minutes twice a week and after about two weeks it needs recharging. Supposedly theres an app you can get with this vacuum? Havent touched it. Not necessary. Now, some of the complaints. This vacuum requires *maintenance*. I have long hair and if I dont cut out the hair after a few uses, the vacuum goes nuts with extra suction. In addition, the dust sensor essentially just tracks how much suction the vacuum thinks it needs to use to pick up dirt. That being said, I have found this vacuum does NOT work on my bathroom rug or thick carpets which might easily create a suction problem. The entire dust sensor lights up red and the vacuum has a little panic attack. Better on standard or flat carpets or hard floors. DEFINITELY follow all the maintenance and cleaning rules. After having the vacuum about a month, I was wondering why it suddenly using lots more suction and causing a fit. The pre-filter in the vacuum was ridden with dust and needed to be washed, but thats on me. Problem mostly cleared up after that. Definitely empty the dust collector after every use and you may need to reach inside to pull out clumps of hair or fuzz. If the vacuum does have a problem (ie extra suction, not spinning, stuck on floor) I give it a good clean, remove any hair, and turn it off and on. That seems to do the trick. Overall, I like this vacuum and its good for an apartment with a cat. Its not perfect and a little pricey but splitting it three ways with my roommates makes it worth it. Happy with my purchase!
