> 3 dayThe vacuum by itself is great. Works very well on hardwood floor. My only complain would be the battery it lasts less than 30min and takes a lot of time to recharge. Besides that the product overall works great.

> 3 dayI had a Shark ion FOR 5 years and wanted a new one for many reasons. Vac easy to assemble and to change for accessories. Suction is very good, made for hard floors. Since its so close to the floor its a little harder on carpet to push round but its ok. Will say my ION battery lasted longer but with the smart option running on low and powers up higher when it detects dirt ready helps. Charge stand is the best option with this model. tools are good and like the feel of the plastic they are made of. The bin cup is on the smaller side but real easy to clean verses my ION. The flap that pushes out debris is real nice . MY old vac was impossible to clean out. I had to use a tool to get the dirt out. This bin is round, filter comes out so you can wipe out the bin. For me the ease of cleaning the dirt bin was a real step up. I got about 25 minutes just vacuuming in auto mode. With crevice tool i used the full power button a few times, like under low furniture and I want to be sure it sucks up more stuff i cant see. Overall pretty good stick vac. Its all a gamble if you vac runs for years or is a dud out of the box. if i wanted to pay 600-800$$ for a Dyson I may but for what I paid on sale for the S15 It had all the bells and whistles I need. TOP likes STYLE PRICE FUNCTIONS (AUTO and battery %) CHARGING STAND TOOLS CONS like most stick vac the batteries could be longer lasting. be nice if the front wheels adjusted for carpet great for apartments and condos under 1500sf if you god 2500 and up you may need one to last 40-60 minutes or have 2 batterys.

> 3 dayWe’ve resorted to using an old bag vacuum instead of the Tineco one since the Tineco is so prone to clogging with hair and dust (2 long hair dogs, 3 cats). Since our house is mostly carpet, all of these hairs, dust, and crumbs get deep into the low-pile carpet and the Tineco struggles to get them out — mainly because it immediately gets clogged with pet and wife hair. The cleaning process is not as easy as you would hope either. There are lots of sharp edges inside the dust chamber that can be pretty uncomfortable when trying to get clogs out of the nozzle of the gun. I’ve also gotten a few clogs inside the extension tube and the carpet vacuum head itself. All of these require me to stop what I’m doing, take the vacuum apart including the head of the vacuum, remove all the dust and debris manually, and put it all back together again. I’m used to cleaning vacuums every once and awhile, but I’ve never had one that got clogged this much. The “auto-vacuum power” seems to also get confused. Sometimes it will detect the smallest thing and ramp up to full speed, sometimes I’ll vacuum up what seems like a whole bag of bread crumbs and it’ll stay at the lowest suction the entire time. Overall, I’d say this vacuum is probably *decent* if you have hard wood or low-pile carpet with pets that don’t shed… After this review I’m docking another star from the product. Personally, I wouldn’t recommend this to any of my friends and encourage them to buy something stronger instead. ——Original 4 Star Review—— When it first arrived, this vacuum would suck up anything on the first pass. After a few months of use, (cleaning up after four pets) I’ve found that, even when fully cleaned, the vacuum is struggling to pick up things in the carpet or suck up things all the way into the canister. Overall, the charging dock and attachments are amazing. It’s super easy to hang up and charge. All the attachments are easy to replace and get the hard to reach spots with ease (stairs, trim, corners).

Greater than one weekWe bought this vacuum instead of the Dyson because this was highly-rated and available at a much lower cost. When we first got it, it was incredible. We could use it on both hardwood and carpets without an issue. It did a great job picking up dirt and particles. However, over time, the suction seems to have dropped off. Weve cleared and washed the filter to no avail. If you turn on max, then it works a bit better, but I would expect normal mode to provide sufficient suction. Im pleased with the build quality, but overall I am now unimpressed with the vacuum and would not recommend it.

> 3 dayFor reference I have a two bedroom apartment. The vacuum will last charge wise if I move quickly throughout the rooms. If I need to take my time to make sure I’m getting all the dirt and dust, it dies before I’m finished. I will also say, this doesnt pick up anything larger than a grain of rice. I dropped uncooked Israeli couscous and the vacuum would not pick it up as the standing vacuum. It did pick it up when changing to the handheld version. Hair does not get stuck in the roller, but it does get stuck in the wheels a bit. I love the emptying feature. You can use the lever and to get a good clean you can remove the peices from the middle of the lever to make sure all of the dust is out. I have a dog and a cat so this sucks up ALL of the hair and litter. I love it. Con: the battery just doesn’t last. Pros: cleans up pet hair no problem

19-04-2025This review is for Tineco Pure ONE S11 Tango which is difficult to find as the listings/names keep changing (today the word Tango is left out but I got the soft roller as well as the brush head for carpet) Im happy with the look, the feel of the build quality, and basic performance. I have not yet used the app, not sure I will. I am comparing it to the Simplicity S65 which Ive had for over 2 years so here are the differences, most of which are negative: 1) The tube is shorter than the S65 and even though I am only 55 tall it feels too short for me. 2) To turn it on and leave it on requires 2 hands - you have to pull the trigger and while HOLDING THE TRIGGER you must use your other hand to move a switch to lock the trigger. This is stupid. The trigger should be a toggle. That locking switch feels a little flimsy to me. 3) The button to open the dustbin feels flimsy. At first I thought it wasnt working but you have to push it harder than you think you should and then it will release. 4) The filters seem like theyre going to be a pain. There are 2 filters - 1 metal, 1 cloth. There is actually a tool you attach to the vacuum to clean the filter. Dear God. No one wants to spend that much time on regular maintenance for a vacuum. If I cared that much about my air quality I wouldnt have pets. 5) The joint where the head attaches to the pole has a big elbow joint that doesnt allow you to reach low under furniture - the head pops a wheelie and loses contact with the floor unless you rotate the pole 90 degrees - another thing that slows you down and makes it less convenient than the S65. See photos. 6) The roller head seems better built than on the S65 - the strips on the edges that protect your floor appear to be better quality - maybe they wont come off & have to be glued back on repeatedly like on my S65. Lesson I learned is never to use the hard floor roller on carpet or rugs - that will pull those strips off. 7) The vacuum came with a wall mount but a lot of people may not want to use that - if they rent they may not be allowed to make holes in their walls so a floor mount should be an option. I havent mounted mine yet and may not. You can make it work in the floor, but not as easy to get the unit snapped in the charger as on the S65. 8) The mini-brush head has a very gentle brush that it says is for cleaning upholstered furniture or mattresses. The brush is so gentle you could vacuum a babys face with it. I use that small size head to vacuum a carpeted staircase so was very disappointed - this wont be able to do that effectively. Ill keep using the S65 for that job. 9) Have not used it yet, but the dusting tool also has brushes that are very short and not very many of them. I cant imagine this will be effective for cleaning anything. I bought this because I wanted 1 vac per floor of my house and also because these lithium batteries reportedly last less than 5 years so I expect my 2.5 year old S65 to stop working in the next 2-3 years. Consumer reports rated the Tineco Pure One as one of the best cordless vacs.

> 3 day** Long post ahead ** I have been using corded shark vacuums for the last 5 years. My most recent one broke so I decided to try out a cordless one since that seems to be the new big thing. I wasnt sure what brand to try and I knew I didnt want to spend $1,000 on a big name brand one. So I did my research and found Tineco. Videos and reviews were great and people seemed to rave about this brand of vacuum. I purchased it and it came in the mail early. I used it immediately (knowing the battery wasnt fully charged but I was excited). I wanted to return it almost instantly. I have a shorter area rug. Its not totally flat but its also not a shag carpet length. I couldnt even get the darn sweeper to move on the rug. I literally worked up a sweat just to make at least 2 vacuum lines. By that time the battery was dead (I jad it on Auto). I plugged it in and let it charge while we went out of town for the weekend. Came back and decided to try again. This time with a full battery I was able to at least move it (obviously it would move easier with less suction in certain areas). On my laminate floor it did ok picking up dog hair. Again I had it on Auto mode to conserve the battery. It did an ok job but definitely didnt get as much as my corded vacuum did. I had to pick up my pace to try and get as much of my house vacuumed before the battery ran out. I have a 1200 sqft house and to hit every spot it takes roughly 30-45 min to vacuum. I didnt even get 15min out of a fully charged battery. So my bedrooms, laundry area, and bathrooms did not get touched and I had to speed through the dining room. I may just pull out one of my older vacuums and use that just to feel satisfied that my house is properly swept. I will give it a couple more tries, but right now I just want to return it. So far it seems like an overhyped fad and a waste of money.

13-04-2025Unit died after 4 months and out of warranty. It has clean brand new filters and battery, but will no longer turn on. Used it for general maintenance. Now its a an expensive lemon. Update: Contacted Customer Service and product was actually under warranty. Following some troubleshooting, determined the motor unit was defective. They replaced the motor unit and unit is working as described. Appreciate the quick turnaround and love the product for my hardwood floors.

> 3 dayOur former Tineco cordless stick vacuum cost more and did less than this new generation Tineco model. It does not come with a back-up battery as our other one did. And the old models batteries dont work in the new unt. This one has a floor recharging dock, rather than a hanging one; an improvement. So far the battery has lasted as long as Ive needed it. It is a bit heavier. The dumping mechanism works better too.
