This is easy to put together and works well. I dont think it has the suction for a really heavy mess, but all in all, I love it. What surprised me is how really quiet it is. At first, I thought it wasnt working. This is a winner.

This appears to be an excellent vacuum cleaner. It picks up well, has HEPA filtration, easy emptying, light weight, and a nice assortment of accessories. Customer service was very responsive and helpful in some problems I had locating the serial number so that I could register the product. The only problem is that, although the webpage confirmed that my product had been registered, I was unable to login on the iPhone app with the same user name and password. Apparently, login credentials work some places but not others within Tineco sites / apps. But overall, though I havent used the machine long, it is performing well, and is a whole lot better than the old corded, heavy one I had.

Great vacuum with excellent power. I read a bunch of reviews before getting this one. Its a little more than i budgeted to spend but worth it. Great vacuum and happy we got it!

This vacuum makes cleaning a breeze! It is smooth and light but it is mighty. It cleans hardwood and carpet so well! I like it more than the Dyson stick I had!

Of all of the household chores that exist, vacuuming is my favorite. I love to vacuum. I love the satisfaction of vacuuming, and I love it when I know my vacuum is doing a good job. Ive had multiple Dysons, Hoovers, Bissell, and Shark vacuums over the years. I decided to try this brand out for a change. Everything I read sounded great, so I was so excited to get it! Pro - I can feel the strong suction. Especially when you but it in Max mode on a hard surface (not carpet), you can feel the suction. - The indicator ring on top shows how dirty an area is, then it turns blue as it gets cleaner - It tells you how much % battery power is left on the screen as you use it - its very quiet. It automatically chooses the strength of the suction to clean an area. The strongest setting is still quite quiet. Con - Im still getting used to seeing the indicator ring, so I feel like sometimes I overly fixate on one spot just bc the ring is red and not blue....even if the area do appear to be clean (yes, I know there can be dirt that I might not be seeing) - the battery power indicator is neat, but I feel like it also distracts me bc I can watch it die down so quickly - Each charge doesnt last very long. I can spend maybe 10 minutes vacuuming my upstairs, and thatll use up the entire charge - Charging takes A LONG time to fully charge - In order to charge, you have to rest the device on a charging base. It hooks up on the long attachment, even though the battery is probably in the top part. (Where the trigger and waste basket is) There isnt a way to charge without having it all connected, which takes up more space. - Although the vacuum clearly has multiple settings or degrees of strength when using it. The only 2 options are auto and max. Itd be nice it we could choose something in the middle since it sometimes does choose a light setting and the only want to override that is to put it to Max (which sucks up the battery life... literally) Overall, this is still a good vacuum. For what its priced, though, I expected a bit more.

I’m in absolute love with this vacuum! It is so easy to use, it does an incredible job cleaning and I like that you can click a button and make it go into max mode for those high traffic areas. We have two dogs that shed a lot and the head light helps illuminate the dirt, dust and hair on the floor so you can make sure you get it all. The only down sides is the trash container is small and with two dogs that means a few extra trips to the trash to empty it. But thankfully it’s super easy to empty. Also that handle is a little heavy because of the battery and trash canister but it’s still lighter than our Kirby.

The vacuum by itself is great. Works very well on hardwood floor. My only complain would be the battery it lasts less than 30min and takes a lot of time to recharge. Besides that the product overall works great.

This is my favorite vacuum ever. Upgraded from my Dyson V7. This one really doesnt get tangled in hair. It only clogs if I accidentally catch something bigger like a tissue. The light on the front helps me see how good of a job its doing, too. I really like the stand up charging station and the attachments and so on. The battery life is really good so far. Best vacuum Ive had!

This is my first stick vacuum. Before this I had a Hoover Platinum Upright -- I call that the King of Vacuums. However, with the whole Covid, its in storage and we are temporarily living elsewhere in a good-sized apartment whose floors are about evenly split between laminate and low-pile carpet. I looked for a vacuum that would meet our needs, but maybe not overlap with the Hoover so when the two are united, both might have a place in our home. Good choice. This vacuum is terrific. Pros: - Capably handles both carpet and laminate with no problems. - Very maneuverable (much more so than my upright), which is handy as the edge cleaning isnt fantastic -- I can quickly shift to using the front of the vacuum where its better. - Very easy to shift between hand-held and stick. I found myself doing that last time I vacuumed -- quickly switching at the end to get some places in-between the furniture and the wall. - Power management -- this ramps up the speed when you are in areas where it finds more dirt. This sounded like a gimmick when I read about it, but in practice its seemless and very effective, and I appreciate it given it helps with the balance between battery duration, vacuum cleaner weight, and suction power. Clever and well implemented. - I can see the dirt. Ok- I never thought I would like this, but its actually very handy. Did that piece of cardboard I was uncertain about and vacuumed anyway make it up to the unit? Oh- there it is stuck around the brush, and oh there it just made it up to the hand-held portion. Will this handle that pistachio shell? Look, I can see it in the thing. This is really, really handy. Cons: - Light, but not light enough. I can very comfortably wield this at length, but Im a big guy. My wife, on the other hand, is more petite of maybe average height. I asked her if we might just use this at our new place and her response was that she likes it and will use it, but its too heavy to clean a house with. Somebody needs to figure out how to mount the battery nearer the floor to maybe shift the center of gravity- thats the winner. - The connectivity is gimmicky and not useful. I dont need a different app telling me its time to vacuum, or that I need to empty the thing, etc. I cant see this being useful for anyone. - The thing cant stand on its own. Youre vacuuming around -- oh, here, lets shift that chair. Oh- where do I prop this thing up awkwardly while I do that? - I wish there were a good option for not mounting. - Its kind of spendy, and Im now not convinced the Tango model was worth it. This thing is as expensive as my Hoover Platinum upright, and while I called that the King of Vacuums, its truly more like the Emperor. Anyway- bottom line is this: I like it and it meets our needs. The pros very much outweigh the cons in my situation, and the connectivity con is more like a feature nobody needs, where if I were to buy this again, Id simply choose a less-expensive model without it (if that exists). In our new home this will handle stairs, spot cleaning, and single-room cleaning. The rest goes to the Emperor.

I ordered this to replace a cordless Miele that I do not like. I live in a small condo (917 sq feet) with only bare floors. After extensive research, I chose this Tineco Pure One S15 over the Dyson V12 Slim Detect mainly because of Tinecos free-standing floor charging/storage base. During the unboxing of the new Tineco, I immediately realized that the hand-held part of the vacuum is too heavy for me to use comfortably as a hand-vacuum, and would also be quite top-heavy for daily vacuuming of the floors. I also noticed just from holding the hand-held segment briefly, that the hand-grip area is small and not ergonomically designed. It caused discomfort just in the short time I held it during the partial unboxing, because my average sized hand made contact with two hard plastic protuberances during a normal grip. I could not imagine vacuuming for 15 minutes like that. I did not bother to finish the unboxing, and never fully assembled or tested the vacuum. The quality of the parts seemed adequate, and if not for its weight and the uncomfortable hand grip, I would have looked forward to fully testing the vacuums function. But since I already decided I was not keeping it, I didnt want to use it and return a vacuum with cat hair in it. (Please note if you need to return this machine, you must completely repackage it for shipping, print a label, take it to UPS, and wait up to 30 days for a refund. It is not a simply drop-off return like most Amazon purchases.).
