    My ideal vaccim ever

So far I like the vacuum… but it came used with hair and dirt in the dust bin and a little hair in the brush roller. I definitely did not appreciate that. I have never had a cordless vacuum before so I can’t accurately compare battery life but for me it feels like you have to go in with a game plan before so you don’t waste time and run out of battery. It’s a little awkward because the bottom of the vacuum is practically weightless and the handheld part is like holding a dumbbell. Sort of feels cheap but it does work well in my opinion. I do not regret purchasing so far and I think it has met all my needs so far. (This will not replace a normal vacuum FYI) I bought this for my entry area which is constantly sandy and gross from two dogs who swim all day, a toddler, and a dirty husband, complete with a dirt driveway and road!

I have a pet salon , this is a Middle -High price product , and worth the price working pretty good with the Anti tangle brush head so far , i have no complain abt this product except the front two tiny wheels got stuck from the pet hair in the first day , which little disappointed since this product is made for pet hair users ~ , i think i have the point . i hope the company can give me advice here how to take the tiny wheels out and clean it , maybe over and over again , not sure if that helpful for long term but i would like to get help to remove the hair first .

This is my first stick vacuum. Before this I had a Hoover Platinum Upright -- I call that the King of Vacuums. However, with the whole Covid, its in storage and we are temporarily living elsewhere in a good-sized apartment whose floors are about evenly split between laminate and low-pile carpet. I looked for a vacuum that would meet our needs, but maybe not overlap with the Hoover so when the two are united, both might have a place in our home. Good choice. This vacuum is terrific. Pros: - Capably handles both carpet and laminate with no problems. - Very maneuverable (much more so than my upright), which is handy as the edge cleaning isnt fantastic -- I can quickly shift to using the front of the vacuum where its better. - Very easy to shift between hand-held and stick. I found myself doing that last time I vacuumed -- quickly switching at the end to get some places in-between the furniture and the wall. - Power management -- this ramps up the speed when you are in areas where it finds more dirt. This sounded like a gimmick when I read about it, but in practice its seemless and very effective, and I appreciate it given it helps with the balance between battery duration, vacuum cleaner weight, and suction power. Clever and well implemented. - I can see the dirt. Ok- I never thought I would like this, but its actually very handy. Did that piece of cardboard I was uncertain about and vacuumed anyway make it up to the unit? Oh- there it is stuck around the brush, and oh there it just made it up to the hand-held portion. Will this handle that pistachio shell? Look, I can see it in the thing. This is really, really handy. Cons: - Light, but not light enough. I can very comfortably wield this at length, but Im a big guy. My wife, on the other hand, is more petite of maybe average height. I asked her if we might just use this at our new place and her response was that she likes it and will use it, but its too heavy to clean a house with. Somebody needs to figure out how to mount the battery nearer the floor to maybe shift the center of gravity- thats the winner. - The connectivity is gimmicky and not useful. I dont need a different app telling me its time to vacuum, or that I need to empty the thing, etc. I cant see this being useful for anyone. - The thing cant stand on its own. Youre vacuuming around -- oh, here, lets shift that chair. Oh- where do I prop this thing up awkwardly while I do that? - I wish there were a good option for not mounting. - Its kind of spendy, and Im now not convinced the Tango model was worth it. This thing is as expensive as my Hoover Platinum upright, and while I called that the King of Vacuums, its truly more like the Emperor. Anyway- bottom line is this: I like it and it meets our needs. The pros very much outweigh the cons in my situation, and the connectivity con is more like a feature nobody needs, where if I were to buy this again, Id simply choose a less-expensive model without it (if that exists). In our new home this will handle stairs, spot cleaning, and single-room cleaning. The rest goes to the Emperor.

After a few uses, it stopped working. The suction was low and it would spit things out when you turned it off. I was shocked. I posted a bad review and was immediately contacted by the company with some details about how to troubleshoot. Ill admit, I had a chip on my shoulder that I had cleaned it really well and that it was just broken. But then I realized there were two filters and I hadnt pulled out the inner filter. This was clogged. I had overlooked it. Then I realized there was this added attachment that you can put the filter into (you get two filters when you buy this and one of them is in this attachment) and you do teh max suction and turn the attachment and it cleans out that filter. I also washed and dried it. Ta-Da! Now it works again. So Im changing this from a 1 rating to a 3 rating. The reason Im not going higher is because I still am a little less than impressed with its suction. I was using this in my car since its such a nice easy cordless handheld as well, but it just wasnt really strong enough. I also cant believe how quickly it got clogged and needed to be cleaned, so that will be a weekly if not daily occurrence to avoid losing that suction. I may up to this to a 4 star if I feel it continues to function properly, but for now I want to give it some time and see how well it works. So for anyone reading the reviews about loss of suction, keep in mind that those people maybe didnt take the steps to clean both the inner and top filter. Its a small space and can get clogged easily.

For hardwood floors, this is a great little vacuum. Its maneuverable, light, and has decent battery life. It has enough power to vacuum carpet. But it works best as a hardwood floor vacuum. The power is good, especially if you use the turbo option. I really appreciate the trigger lock feature. It saves on trigger fatigue. There is an ever so slight delay between pressing the trigger and the vacuum starting. Emptying the canister is pretty easy. What remains to be seen is how well the battery holds up over time.

I originally began looking for a vacuum to make cleaning my stairs easier. It’s always a hassle with the big corded vacuum. I am so glad that I found this stick vacuum. This is the first stick vacuum I’ve owned (besides the one I bought and returned the next day right before purchasing this one). The suction is great and it’s easy to maneuver. It works better than my corded vacuum and makes me want to vacuum more often. I love that it has a base to sit on and it doesn’t need to be installed on a wall. The battery does go down quickly, but it hasn’t been an issue for me since most of my lower level is uncarpeted. I do sometimes use it on the wood floors, but mainly use it for the carpet. I do wish the dustbin was a little larger though. My favorite feature is the iLoop smart sensor. I keep the setting on auto and it automatically adjusts suction power according to how dirty the area is. You can see when the area is clean with the lcd screen (changes from red to blue). I have a dog and it works great picking up pet hair. The first time I used it, it picked up hair that my corded pet vacuum wouldn’t pick up. So now I use my Tineco exclusively. I caught this on sale and am 100% happy with my purchase!

    Greater than one week

This is one of the best purchases Ive made in the past year. It is going to replace my Shark vacuum for almost everything I need. I wanted to avoid dragging a cord everywhere. I wanted a lightweight machine, easy charging and storage. I have a dog. It picks up her hair effortlessly from the floor and furniture. The swivel head on the large head make getting into awkward spaces. The low profile head make it easy to get under most furniture easy and moving chairs and sofa unnecessary except when you need a complete cleaning. I wish the dust bin were a bit larger, but it is easy to remove and clean. It wont do a whole house on a single charge, bit it will easily handle two rooms. Considering that Ill be using it for years paying a little more is well worth it.

Unit works great, but when we first opened up the box the vacuum was used. There was hair in the heads and dust and dirt in the container. Sad that paid for a new unit and got a used one. Unfortunately I purchased this for my camp and did not open it until after the return period was over.

I needed a lightweight vacuum to do my stairs, and this was perfect! The battery last long enough to vacuum two full floors (about 2500 sq ft). The canister doesn’t hold a lot, so does require frequent emptying. I do appreciate the indicator that tells you when the canister is getting full and the clear indicator of battery left.
