Had to build an exterior door for a customer. Was worried about the waterproof qualities so I made up a sample with red oak and left it outside in the rain and sun for 2 weeks. No problem. Decided to leave it out all winter just to see and it is still solid after almost a year outside. The wood will rot before the glue fails. Amazing.

    Nice as always

This is my favorite glue. It’s incredibly strong, usually stronger than the wood itself.

This glue really is stronger than wood. I use Titebond III for making cutting boards. Does a phenomenal job. Im able to unclamp my boards with anywhere from 6 to 10 pieces within three hours and then begin the finishing work the next day.

I use Titebond III for all cutting board and anything I want a clear glue joint on. It really has excellent adhesion.

This glue is very sticky and water resistant. I use it for general wood working and model airplanes (Balsa). It is a little thinner than Elmers comparable glue. I am somewhat conflicted about that as in some cases I like the glue thinner and sometimes I like it thicker. Understand that as a water based glue, you can always make the thick glue thinner -- but that is work. But I think this glue is a little less expensive than the Elmers comparable water proof glue. If it is less expensive, I think I may probably buy it again.

This stuff is strong and dries well, but has a bit of yellow discoloration when it dries. I use it for making items to be used with food. Follow the instructions and it works fine, but if you dont it will show...for instance, dont try to use it and let the glue dry when its 40f outside...wont dry properly and will take forever. I am giving it 4 stars for the discoloration when it is dry, and only that, simply due to how difficult it is to clean up the work afterwards.

Titebond is the best woodworking glue on the market. I have used it for more than 28 years in my furniture manufacturing plant.
