> 3 dayDeep cleaning - yes Versatility - yes, but wish the cord was longer and wish there were extra attachment brushes because those go pretty quick. Easy - yup We received this today, and wow. Yes, weve had it for three hours, but in that time, weve also made our oak kitchen cabinets, tile floors, porcelain counter tops, stone-tiled bathroom, and windows SPARKLE brighter than that vampire kid in that popular movie. You guys - this thing is worth every penny. If it breaks this weekend, after finishing our home, I dont even know how mad Id be. Id probably buy another and heres why. We remodeled our house 15 years ago, and have never had the grout cleaned. Three dogs, countless parties and two kids, and we just never buckled down and did the adulting. I know sounds gross, but were just a normal family who really hasnt gotten their house together until our early 40s (but arent we all winging it?) Aside from that, its also extremely expensive to have it done professionally. I thought about painting over the dirt and grime that a decade and a half had left, but when we started looking at these machines, I thought why not give it a try, first? Well today was the day. Seeing my husband on all fours cleaning that tile was, uhm...I must be old because it was actually quite hot. Then, I decided to return the favor and slowly and carefully clean every piece of grout in our bathroom. Not as hot, but the clean grout really shows up and lightens the room. Im a pretty thick chick and do not work out.....but my arms feel pretty amazing right now, so maybe This will be the way I start. Hell, Ill just claim it now - March 1 is the new January 1! Anyways, were drinking a couple of IPAs now, talking about what else we can clean. Im sure later well fall into a deep depression knowing that this was the highlight of our week.....maybe even our month. But for now, we will bask in the glow of a clean house and congratulate each other on a great purchase.....ugh. were old.

> 3 dayOK. So there are a million reviews on this little gem. And whats one more. Well, for starters, I am basically trying to kill this thing. However I do have some precautions. Here is the deal. I have wanted an excuse to buy one of these things for YEARS. Why? Because well, Im a guy and I like it HOT!! Why else?? Well, you could say to add another tool to my arsenal! Yep That would be appropriate, however not all together accurate. My original reason was to clean the brushed aluminum rims on my motorcycle that seem to inevitably be encrusted with a permanent black pate of brake dust. I have scrubbed those damn things for HOURS and nothing seems to actually do it. However. Spending nearly $100 just to clean the rims on my bike.. yeah. Thats not gonna fly. The congressional blockage is thrown in every time and no-sir-re Not for this boy. Fast forward almost 15 years to current day. My family and I moved into an apartment that we knew was short term, however needed something immediate due to some rather unfortunate circumstances. But this is about the steamer.. Remember the steamer (said in my best Arlo Guthrie Folk voice) So the apartment. Oh yeah. So little did we know upon moving in that the landlord was subletting the inner walls of this dump to some rather un-welcome and un-wanted guests. Bed Bugs.. Yeah. I know. GROSS!! Not to mention just an all out pain in the vent! So you guessed it, we loaded up the truck and avoided Beverly. Road that is... We got out of dodge, we blew that clambake, made like a tree and left. Ok so that didnt work. but we did get the hell out of there and frankly wanted to make sure we left the guests behind. (Kinda like skipping out on them in the middle of the night) We left a fair amount of our furniture there, beds, couches, etc.. However there were some things that either had sentimental value, or we simply did not have the spare scratch to replace. we did a TON of research and discovered that these little buggers meet their Hemiptera maker at about 122 degrees Fahrenheit. I thought about simply breathing on all of them, but turns out they LIKED that. So we opted for some chemical assistance in some cases, some ground up fossils in others, and the almighty steamer for the bulk of it. Wait.. We were talking about the steamer, werent we.. Sorry, I digress. So we order this little gem and figure what the heck. Maybe it will work. well we steamed everything. and I mean EVERYTHING.. Somethings 3 or 4 times. The corners of every book case, dresser, drawers, under the desks, you name it, we steamed it. and I will be damned. THEY DIED!! IT WORKED!!!! So since we had this thing around, we might as well experiment at cleaning things: Counters Check Sinks Check Coffee Pots Check Toilets Check Dishwasher Check Fans Check (Although some of you were a little steamed at being steamed) Cats Nope Windows Check (Oh yeah, and BTW.. It works KILLER on glass. Steam it up, scrub it a little and wipe it down) Popcorn Machine Check Floors Check Walls Check Kids Check (They whine a little bit too) Coolers Check Refrigerators Check Freezer Check OK I am sure there was more, but I am running out of valid memory. So Monday my son goes into his High School to help setup his shop for the year. (He is a culinary student) and low and behold the outgoing class for the spring left them some rather entertaining presents. Things that were unbelievable at growing mold. So he calls me and asks if he can borrow the steamer to help clean up the kitchen. of course I agreed, well because I am trying to kill it of course. So last night I get a call from one of the chefs, asking me where I bought it, and how much it was. This thing tore up the mold like it had a personal vendetta against it. Cleaned things up to the point that they looked almost new again and between this and a little bleach the odors were gone, and the stainless was back to highly acceptable condition once again. So you ask. (or maybe you dont) Would you recommend this to a friend? - Tough question. I believe I would recommend it to a friend, because I want to keep mine all for me. Would you buy another one? - Only after crying because this one died. Is there anything you DONT like about it? - Well, yes. it should have a sight glass for the water level or an auto off at low level. - There could be a return water line in the hose. Where if it sits for a length of time the steam in the hose turns back into water no big deal, just have to have a place to squirt it. So all in all, I would have to say I think this is a great product and should be considered for a variety of uses. Thanks for reading. OH I almost forgot. this thing cleans those motorcycle rims like NOBODYS business. :)

> 3 dayI had my past steamer die in only two years. I had started a home improvement project of cleaning a tile floor and the removal of wall paper. The steamer I had orphaned my steamer so I took a chance on this unit . Price was right and the variety of tools got my interest. It turned out to be just what needed. Time will tell if it holds up to my expectations.

> 3 dayThe product itself is great, it does its job, one fill can do a full room. The handle and the trigger are awfully designed though. Its cheap plastic, and super rough so after about 10 minutes of use your hand is raw, I now have a blister from it being rubbed raw. We even have a rag over it to help but theres only so much you can do. The trigger being at the bottom makes it very strenuous as well, other than that though it works like a charm.

Greater than one weekI spent so much time analyzing and comparing power steamers online and eventually came to the conclusion that this would be the best bang for my buck. I have about 700 sq ft of tile with white grout and 3 bathrooms. Professional steam cleaning was going to cost way more than this machine. Ive used it about 3 times so far, and here are my personal experiences: Pros: Blasts away dirt in hard to clean places. I had no idea how much gunk was caked up around the jets of my master bathroom tub. This makes me feel much better about taking a bath and washing my toddler in a tub cleaned without harsh chemicals. Less elbow grease needed. I was grateful not to have to scrub, my baseboards and cabinets. Steam did a lot of the work for me. No chemicals needed for the shower stall or glass door. The squeegee tool makes cleaning shower doors a breeze. My mirrors were a little more complicated since I havent mastered the quickness of flawlessly wiping the wetness with the squeegee tool so it did leave spots and streaks. Beats paying a pro to come and charge $$$. Cons: This review is 4 stars because of the fact that there is no water level indicator. At first I really thought this would not be a big deal, but it is definitely a design flaw and heeds the use time between jobs. When the machine needs a break to steam up, the indicator light comes on, but otherwise, how do you know if its running out of water? You cant simply uncap the tank and check because it is extremely too hot and boiling steam and water pops out and burns anyone within 5 feet. So this means you can steam clean for a little while but when the handle becomes too hot or the light comes on too often, its probably time for a break. That means you have to let it sit for a while (20 mins or more) before you can uncap, fill, steam back up and go. By all that time, I have found another way to get my chores done and over with. This machine requires a lot of time management if you plan on doing all your steam work in one day. The scrubber brush gets used up and gross pretty quick. I suppose Ill have to investigate buying new ones since theyre not listed on Amazon as stand alone items. There is no on board storage for the accessories or the hose. I had to put everything in a bag to keep it all together. My husband kept moving the funnel around the house and I had to keep an eye on it to keep it from getting lost under the sofa like everything else. You should at least be able to wrap the hose around it like a canister vacuum. The handle really does get to hot to hold after a while. Cleaning with a pot-holder is not efficient, but necessary with this product. The machine needs time to create more steam more often than you would think. 45 minutes of steam time is not continuous. When the light comes on you have to stop what youre doing and find something else to do until its green again. Again, I didnt think this would be a big deal, but it is pretty annoying. 45 minutes of steam power is not a correct indication of anything. It took about an hour and a half to clean my bathroom and there was still water in my machine when I was done. How much? I have no idea, but the handle was too hot to keep it going and the light was coming on a lot, so I just stopped and gave it a break. I would say you can squeeze the trigger and get steam for about 3-5 minutes at a time max before the red light comes on. Way too hot and time consuming to use with children around. I had to get my mom to babysit in order to get things done. Its also not a replacement item for a steam mop. I use the shark steam mop for my floor tile, since this machine needs too many time-outs. Overall, I find that I do NEED this machine to clean those nasty hard to get to areas and use less chemicals in my house. I dont regret my purchase at all since there is no flawless power steamer of this caliber on the market right now, but its not worth 5 stars. I also recommend buying lots of microfiber cloths to wipe up the wet grime as you go. Regular cloths dont grab it all as well.

> 3 dayWe just received this today and I had to try it out. I bought this with the intention of wallpaper removal. Seriously why did I listen to all those people who told me the steam removal wasnt worth the time or money on the steamer? If you have wallpaper and want it gone- this will definitely help! Not only does it ease the removal process, it makes the clean-up 10x faster. Last weekend we finally decided to tackle the horrid wallpaper in our hallway. We scored all the walls, sprayed the fabric softener and went to it. To call it a mess is a tremendous understatement. Took a bit to get it loose and then we had to keep spraying the solution to loosen the paper and glue. Scrape and spray. Over and over and over. The portions we did looked like a war zone. We kept slipping on the glue / fabric softener mess. My husband and I spent about 5 hours and got a bit less than half the hallway done. An hour of that was clean up. This is what I was told was the easiest way. It most definitely was not. A co-worker mentioned using a steamer and how much easier and cleaner it was. Enter the Wagner 915 Steamer. This made a chore into a breeze. Well its still pealing wallpaper, but you get the idea. I read the manual, put the water in with the included funnel, turned it on and waited till the red light went off. Placed the wall plate against the wall and held it in place for 20 seconds. Moved it and started getting an edge up. Once I had the edge up it was steam and peal. Spent about an hour, till the Wagner 915 ran out of steam, and got a good sized bit done by myself. There was less destruction the the wall beneath, much less effort, and so much less mess. I added about 48 oz of water to the unit and waited 20 minutes to begin. The hose is long and easy to maneuver, the wheels make it easy to navigate the main unit. The power cord is short, maybe 3 feet long, so I used an extension cord. I do not have tons of upper body strength and had no issues with an extender holding the steam plate in place. Our home is small, the hallway is actually the shape of the letter F. The kids couldnt go to the bathroom without being carried by my husband last weekend, now with the baby its not a problem. I know that may not seem like it would be a big issue but alas it was. Ive included pictures, The first is at the beginning of the session. The next image is the corner where we stopped last weekend (look at all the spackle!) and the wall I did tonight. The final image is when I was done- all I had done was throw the paper into a trash bag, no mopping at that point. I am not covered in slime, my home doesnt reek of chemicals, and my family wasnt displaced by the project. Definitely worth the money. I have no used it for cleaning yet, but will update when I do.

> 3 dayAfter reading a bunch of reviews I decided to buy this steam cleaner after my small one randomly stopped working. Some of the reviews said it makes a loud nose, mine has not done that. I did buy a large jug of distilled water to use in it like the directions say. It produces lots of extremely hot steam!! Very easy to put together and take apart. Cord length has been just fine for me, I’ve even steamed my carpets with no issues. Would definitely buy again!

> 3 dayUsed unit on shower doors and it worked very well, although it creates quite a mess. Tried to clean tile grout, did not work well at all. Used on some mold around shower edges, again did not work. Used on granite couter top and it did perform OK. Bottom line is Im unimpressed. Its like $150.00 for a window cleaner. May return it. Did return unit. Also did not like the refill process. Had to wait 30 minutes for it to cool down so I could add water. Then had to wait another 15 minutes or so for it to reheat. Lots of wasted time. I bought another brand which is outstanding and works very well.
