People said this steamer had little run time before it needed to rest and recharge. My opinion on that subject is, so what, rest for a few minutes while it gets ready to blast away your mess! I had a very bad stain (hair dye) in my shower. Apparently, someone likes to dye their hair in the shower! Anyway, Ive tried everything to remove that messy stain and nothing worked. As soon as I got this Wagner 915 steamer, I just sprayed some Scrubbing Bubbles on the stain and with a few passes of the steamer with the included scrub brush, that stain was history. I had to stop a few times to allow the steamer to heat back up but I used those few minutes to rest and when I got ready to go back at it, the steamer was ready also! The way I see it is, if it works, its worth the money, time and effort. Like I said, I just gave up on that stain and just figured it would be there forever. Not anymore!! After I shut the steamer off and showered, I saw a few light spots I missed but thats only because the foam from the Scrubbing Bubbles was over it and I couldnt see it well enough to get at it better. I also used the steamer at full blast so that could factor into why it needed as many stops to reheat as it did. I believe I only stopped four times during this project. I expect to be able to remove that stain completely once I treat the shower floor a second time. As of right now, I am in disbelief over how it removed that dye stain. I scrubbed at that stain with all kinds of stuff but nothing worked. I barely used full force, as Ive done before with other products, and it did a 100% better job than I expected. I was also impressed with how well its made. All the neat attachments and how well they connect together! The steam is very well concentrated and only escapes from the area of this unit it is meant to escape from, your target tough spot. I bought my daughter one because she believed she might have bed bugs. I read that direct blast of steam will kill any bed bugs. We dont know if she had bed bugs for sure but if any bug could survive that amount of heated steam, theres nothing else that could kill it anyway! Like I said, nothing I tried would get that stubborn stain out of the shower but this baby did the trick ten fold!!! Get the job done and dont sweat the small stuff. I am looking forward to some seriously bad carpet stains I have. After what Ive seen, I am confident this steamer will do a fantastic job.

I really like this appliance. It makes quick work of sanitizing, and depending on cleaning activity, helps a great deal, especially if grease is involved (grill, kitchen vent hood, etc), to hit it with steam first. If you steam iron a dirty shirt, it may take out the wrinkles and odor, but its still dirty. So running steam with this appliance over a kitchen surface will NOT make it clean, BUT will sanitize the surface and soften hard, dried organics on the counter top to help make removal easier, but alone, this appliance does NOT clean in the traditional sense ..but it wasnt designed for that purpose either....it would need a vacuum or pick-up capability built-in to achieve. If the above is understood, then there are a lot of tasks where this comes in handy. Yes, traditional steam treatment of most surfaces already makes this appliance useful for almost everyone, but I found a few other great uses. 1. This thing kills bugs using the steam nozzle. I used to need to fumigate our couch when a flea or two was brought in by our pet, now I can steam kill them...the key? Long steam exposure...a quick shot of steam will not suffice....but even after literally 1 whole minute, which is all it takes, but is hard to do in reality - it really is a long time, is just water droplets that evaporates quickly. No chemicals and no oders...just need 40 fl-oz of distilled water...something that never expires 2. Car Engine degreaser...and with the extenders, you can get to places in the engine bay that an areasol can cant reach. I wouldnt recommend using this in your interior, unless you have absolutely no electronics or seat motor exposure...but even, an abundance of caution is still in order. ....youll find more for yourself.... Remember, this uses water, so if the surface being exposed cannot handle water, find another means to clean it. Also, technique is key to results...and if you find that this is not doing the job, maybe rethink the technique, where technique may include adjusting exposure time and/or the appliance tip being used. Enjoy being clean.

The product works great; I’ve used it on my bathtub, floors, cabinets and door seals. But the handle! It completely needs to be re-designed. It grabs into the flesh between your thumb and your fingers and it makes that area very sore. I’ve only used it for maybe 10 minutes at a time. I’ve had to wrap the handle with a piece of cloth to make it usable.. Other than this I’m very happy with the steamer.

I ordered this because a tenant left the house with A LOT of roach feces and dirty, grimy, icky filth all over the house. DISGUSTING! Roach feces are oily, so in order to clean it from anything you have to use really hot water. I was tired of scrubbing and burning my hands using extremely hot water. So I bought this machine. Was in a hurry to use it and was about to send it back for the more expensive commercial steamer until I went home and found the instructions. Yea, helpful to read those first. The next day I used the nylon brushes to clean grout lines. The machine was used the entire day. I do not believe it continues for 40 minutes, seemed a lot shorter, but it took about 3 days to complete this 1300 sq ft house (it was extremely filthy). I had to switch to the wire brush for highly trafficked areas which made a huge difference. It cleaned the grime from the showers and I didn’t have to touch it to scrub (thank goodness). It also removed spilled paint from the tile. I give it 4 1/2 stars due to having to stop and wait for it to cool down before filling and waiting for it to heat back up. Perhaps it wasn’t meant to be used as an entire house clean, and the reason I didn’t doc it a full star. The machine kept going with no problem. Just the wait time of cooling off and heating back up was aggravating and not being able to complete an entire floor before another refill. I do recommend this for smaller jobs. I was very pleased with how the grout lines came clean and as hot as it gets, probably sterilized too.

I had my past steamer die in only two years. I had started a home improvement project of cleaning a tile floor and the removal of wall paper. The steamer I had orphaned my steamer so I took a chance on this unit . Price was right and the variety of tools got my interest. It turned out to be just what needed. Time will tell if it holds up to my expectations.

I like that you can it on almost everything. I used it on kitchen floors baseboards and cabinets also on the stoves exterior. Steam cleaned the whole bathroom. Only problem Ive had with it is having to stop cleaning to let the steam build back up. But overall love the product and the attachments come in real Handy.

I wish I thought to take a before photo, but I got so excited while I was cleaning that I didnt stop! Id been searching far and wide for a cleaning device that really gets in and cleans the grime that mops and floor buffers dont get. This is the one baby! Not only did my grout actually look brown before this photo, but this is the incredible part...We had gold grout stains from our wall grout on the floor since it was installed. Nothing I did ever got rid of it, not paint thinner, not scrubbing with a razor, not any cleaner. And unexpectedly this steamer got the stain grout off the floor! Im in love

After a decade of living with a big Lab and little children, my light colored sanded grout was awful. I have tried everything - commercial grout cleaning products, all the home recipes, brushes on my drill, you name it. Nothing cleaned it well. I’ve only done about 20 sf so far. It’s going to be a slow, tedious job but I will do it then seal it well. Local floor companies charge from $1/sf to “they-don’t-want-to-do-it” prices. Here are my takeaways: It runs about 30 minutes before needing to be refilled, and it takes about 10 minutes to reheat. It does require some manual pressure to clean very dirty grout so a little break is ok. If possible, have another person to wipe or wet vac the water as you go. There is considerable water from going back and forth on the grout lines so have a lot of old clean towels nearby. ⭐️Move from clean to dirty area so you’re pushing dirty water away from what you’ve cleaned⭐️ I put a towel under my shoes to keep it clean. Brass brush helps but it bends very quickly! The grout was too dirty for plastic bristles this time around. Finally here’s the trick: I pre-treated with Dawn Powerwash spray while the steamer was heating up. I sprayed an area as large as I could work in 30 minute. Look at that sparkling grout! Many reviewers commented on lack of storage for all the parts and the machine. I use the Ziploc Big Bags also sold on Amazon. All-in-all, a good little machine. I think I will be using it for other household jobs (bathtubs, spa tub jets, exterior windows) once I finish the big grout job.

We use it for sanitizing around base boards. I am a mechanic and it takes grease off of doors and trim very well. Also works great in the vehicles

Weve used this to remove wallpaper. Its great. The Wallpaper tool is very good. Just a few comments: 1- It says 40 ounces of water. The tank will hold more than 40 ounces, but DONT fill the tank all the way because you will get a rush of hot water out the nozzle before the steam begins and trust me - that is not what you want. 2- the cap on the water chamber is unusual. They made it so that when it is hot, you can try to unscrew it but it will only turn and turn until the cap cools off. If youre in a hurry put the unit under a ceiling fan and give it a while to cool off. You dont want to add water to the unit until the unit has cooled off a little because it will cause the first little bit of water to boil and splash out of the opening. 3- when you first start to spray steam, there will be a spray of the condensed hot water coming out of the nozzle before the steam. So I point the nozzle in a direction that can stand the water (it only takes a second or two) then when the steam comes out, you point it at what needs the steam.
