> 3 dayThis is the best steamer Ive had so far. It is compact and can be kept in a cabinet, but holds 5 cups of water. I just clean all of my window blinds and am going to use it for baseboards tomorrow. It makes life so much easer!!!

> 3 dayI bought this to replace my McCullough steamer for my detailing business. I like the Wagner better than the McCullough but it had a weakness - the straight attachment tip keeps breaking when using the brush attachment. That being said their customer service is second to none. Every time Ive contacted them they promptly sent me a replacement. While it is frustrating that it keeps breaking they know about the problem and stand behind their product!

> 3 dayThe whole unit itself is great as a starter unit. Depending on what your needs of use are for it i would’ve enjoyed it more if they actually made a triangle brush attachment for it as I’m a mobile auto detailer and this tools comes in handy at all times. Besides that Is a great unit.

> 3 dayI wish that they had a better attachment selection like the McCulloch steamers. That being said, it works really well but make sure it has what you need.

Greater than one weekOpened box read the English part of book. Put 40 oz of reverse osmosis water into tank with supplied funnel and 16 oz measuring cup. Plugged in on kitchen counter near sink. Depressed start switch. Waited for orange light to go out selected the squeegee to do glass cooktop. In twelve minutes the orange light went off. Squeezed trigger nothing happened. Shah it has a safety lock for both the on and off positions. In forty five seconds the top was spotless and a quick wipe with INCLUDED rag. Then I went on to use different attachments on it for various parts of the kitchen. Cabinet doors around knobs and custom molding all spotless with no real labor to speak of. I had done the floor yesterday with both of my robots and one had mopping attachment in use. This steam could easily get under the cabinet overhang that the robots cant effectively mop. The floors appears shinier after they dried than before. Cleaning the air circulator on my air fryer went without a hitch. Cleaned it in dry sink with the angled fine point tip. I got done after about an hour doing the kitchen and a couple of the granite floors. Very pleased with its performance overall. While cleaning the different pieces I began thinking of what soon became a rather lengthy list of jobs I could make a lot easier with this little steamer. Will be back later in summer to follow-up

> 3 dayThis should go w/o saying: but make sure you know the material is safe to steam PRIOR to using. Obviously read your all of your manual PRIOR to using. ( My surfaces were fine) Purchased a few weeks ago. Finally used it in a couple of different ways: in bath used on tile in showers / bathtubs & sinks & floors on hardware. Worked great for all of these ..I used the smallest sprayer nozzle for all these areas ( other than the floors) While it didn’t take my grout back to its original clean —it did lift off a very good amount of surface soiling. You could definitely tell the difference. I also used on my sealed wood floors & again you could really tell they were MUCH cleaner. The ONLY con(s) would be 3 things thus far : Biggest for me was : that handle is hard on the hands & if you use it for the entire duration of a steam ? Your hand will feel it due to hard surface of the handle. I will probably use some type of glove next time I use it. Other design flaws? The short cord. Of course I used w the proper /approved extension cord & also ? You have to really eye ball when filling the tank bc you don’t have visible tank line. None of these are deal breakers to me for the price point. Overall? For the money? This steamer ( so far) is definitely worth the it! It provides a decent amount of steam and power to clean. The manual says you get about 40 min of steam I found that to be accurate. I like that I don’t have to use chemicals to clean. So far I would recommend!

> 3 dayThe steam cleaner itself is great, but the attachments are junk. I have had multiple pieces break and melt and the company is not generous in fixing the problem. I am no longer able to use the cleaner because of broken pieces and I’ve only had it a year.

> 3 dayOk so I just only received this yesterday. I started it up today and I have vinyl flooring. I have 3 teenagers, dog, and 2 cats. I’ve bought so many steam mops over the years. This machine is bada**!!! My floors have never looked so good and fresh!! I also used it to dust my tv console shelves - was amazing and fast!!! I tried using it on my oven like the video but that didn’t really do much. But man I can’t wait to do it on my mirrors and windows!! The cord was REALLY short so an extension cord is needed if you are going to do large area.

> 3 dayThis is a powerful, versatile, and use friendly steamer and Im a little upset because I may return it. Heres the problem, the tank capacity is great holding 40oz of water at a time but Im using this at my detail shop and we go through an average of 20 cars a day in the summer. Once your low on water the tank must be depressurized and then you can open the reservoir to fill water. Thereafter itll take 9 min before its ready to use again. Again if your using this for a retail home setting do not shy away from this machine, its a beast. Just wish there was another way to add water to this tank. Im going to stop give it 5 stars because it has everything you need for most use cases and it does it well
