We have liked this melatonin for years. Its great to help with time changes and schedule changes. However they changed the formula. Some of the kids like it better but some hate it and wont have anything to do with it now. So now I have to find something else.

my daughters like it a lot I give them to them and after half an hour an hour they can rest I only give them to them when I see them very restless at night and not always but the taste they dont like it much .

My child has some difficulty falling asleep so we give it to them at bedtime. For a child who would take at least 3 hours to fall asleep, would fall asleep within 20-30mins of taking this. They like the flavor, so theres no fuss about taking it, they ask for it if we forget. Kids falling asleep at bed time......yes, thank you.

Whoowhee, my 5-year-old twins have a hard time setting down at night. These melatonin chewables have saved the day. One pill before bed time and about 30 minutes later they are snoozing. Thanks Zarbees!

So far, this is a godsend! My 3 year old usually takes anywhere from 45 minutes to 2.5 hours just to fall asleep, and then her sleep is restless and she tosses and turns, waking up throughout the night. She couldn’t fall back asleep without me coming in to comfort her. I just gave it to her for the first time tonight (it was recommended at her well visit by her pediatrician) and she was asleep within ten minutes. Usually she would have woken up a few hours later, so I went in to check on her, and my usually restless little one was SNORING! I’ve never seen her look so content and restful. I’m not sure if this will continue to work as well, but the first night was wonderful, and I’m usually really skeptical about aids like this. I wish I would have bought this months ago, but hey, I’ve been perpetually exhausted for years and finally get to sleep now!!! Thank you, zarbees!!!

My three year old loves his tonies. These are the only brand and type he will take. He will not take the gummies, or the liquid. They must taste really good he never fights me to take them. Works very quickly too. Would recommend and price is lower than in stores here.

I am just going to put my mom hat on and suggest you research how our bodies create melatonin and how it works! Do not give it every night or the body will stop producing it on its own! That being said I do give this to my kiddos on occasion. For example, on a night when they are excited or stressed about the following day, when we are traveling and staying in a new place for the first time, or when they havent had a chance to do much physical activity and they just arent tired at bedtime. Personally we give melatonin once a month or so. I would suggest giving 1mg tablet to your child at first, even if the dose is for 2 tablets. We have 1 kiddo who is strongly affected by them and only needs 1 to feel the effects.

I hardly give reviews unless the product is extraordinary or subpar because in those two cases it’s worth my time to drop some lines. This product falls into the extraordinary category because I tried countless other products (even adult products. Yes im ashamed but I did because my grand kids were driving me insane staying up til the wee wee hours in the morning when my two sons brought their kids over). I was on the verge of not allowing them to spend the night because they just wouldn’t fall asleep until 2 or 3am in the morning when they’d come visit me every other weekend. It’s absolutely imperative that I have my sleep. Before I declared they could no longer sleep over because of their insomnia issues, I decided to come here as my one last final resort and I bought this product with absolutely no expectations it would work. I just wanted to say I tried before i cut overnighters out with the kids. The next weekend, the kids came over, i gave it to the kids at 9:30pm and they were out like a light in exactly 1hr. I just thought maybe they were extremely tired since we had a very full day of activities. 2nd weekend same scenario except we didn’t do many activities due to inclimate weather. 3rd weekend same scenario and a moderate day of activities. Without a shadow of doubt, At that point i knew it was these pills because in exactly 60 min after giving it to them, they are out like a light fast asleep when that was absolutely unheard of before trying these pills . I greatly thank this company for helping to save my weekend sleep overs with my grandchildren because now we can continue to create wonderful memories together with their sleep overs since they will go to bed now with ease within 1 hour of me giving them this product. No more anxiety about worrying about when they will ever go to sleep. No more sleepless weekend nights that gave me a bad start to my week days because of my sleepless hyperactive grandchildren keeping me up all night long. Because of this product, we all have a good night of appropriate rest and excellent sleep that’s starts a great day ahead

My 3yr old will not sleep more than 4 hrs at a time,being extremely crabby from not getting enough sleep after asking her dr what I should do & reading the reviews I purchased this product..My daughter only gets them once in awhile & I give her a half of a tablet an hr b4 I think she should be sleeping,she sleeps 9-10 hrs at a time & I have a very happy well rested toddler the next day ! The flavor is great she says its her night time candy & for the money I paid its a generous quantity & will last me a few months!! Buy this product you will not regret it ;)
