Works great. I got these because my daughter has trouble sleeping. My issue is the fact that the bottle is not child proof. She got into them while we were asleep this morning, and we are pissed. Absolutely should be child proof!!

My child has some difficulty falling asleep so we give it to them at bedtime. For a child who would take at least 3 hours to fall asleep, would fall asleep within 20-30mins of taking this. They like the flavor, so theres no fuss about taking it, they ask for it if we forget. Kids falling asleep at bed time......yes, thank you.

Tried other melatonin for my kids but these are the ones my kids like. they are chewable. they like the flavor. so i guess that is a downside becuase i have to hide them or they would eat them all. but with in 10 minutes of them eatting one they are already tired.

Have used this for years. Ingredients definitely changed with the new look and my not picky kids now find it gross. So bummed.

These little pills are amazing for being able to get your little one to sleep quickly, sometimes you just need the extra help when they go from 0 to 100% because they know its bed time! I have a particular 4 year old that loves to get hyped up before bed, shell do anything not to go to bed! These do the trick safetly and quickly! Cons: I do have to say, maybe for a 4 year old and under 1 whole pill may be a bit too strong. I noticed the first few nights when she needed to get up to go to the bathroom she couldnt quite wake up well enough to go on her own she would cry and I would have to help her...so I have since cut the pill in to half pieces and that works just as well while still letting her get up and go on her own! Overall these pills are amazing! Just please make sure you dont over do it and cut the pill if need be!

We have liked this melatonin for years. Its great to help with time changes and schedule changes. However they changed the formula. Some of the kids like it better but some hate it and wont have anything to do with it now. So now I have to find something else.

This product is so awesome. I have a 3 year old who has a very tough time sleeping and will often stay up until 12 or 1 am even if the lights are out and the tv is off. And for some reason the more tired he is the more he bounces off the walls. I gave him this chewable melatonin and it helped wind him down within 20 min. As a nurse I have given the 30mg dosage to my adult patients to help them with sleep and it worked wonders without any of the side effects of a sleeping pill. These are non-habit forming so I did not see any side effects on nights he wasnt given the chewable. I give this to him if its already past his bedtime and it doesnt look like hes going to sleep any time soon to help relax him. This doesnt knock him completely out right away but just helps to wind him down and drift off to sleep. He wakes up a happier, refreshed kid and I couldnt be more thankful. Our mornings getting him ready for daycare are a lot easier now. I would recommend this to anyone who has children that have a rough time getting to bed.

Purchased for an adult. Works, but taste is more tart than the last batch of the same brand.

So far, this is a godsend! My 3 year old usually takes anywhere from 45 minutes to 2.5 hours just to fall asleep, and then her sleep is restless and she tosses and turns, waking up throughout the night. She couldn’t fall back asleep without me coming in to comfort her. I just gave it to her for the first time tonight (it was recommended at her well visit by her pediatrician) and she was asleep within ten minutes. Usually she would have woken up a few hours later, so I went in to check on her, and my usually restless little one was SNORING! I’ve never seen her look so content and restful. I’m not sure if this will continue to work as well, but the first night was wonderful, and I’m usually really skeptical about aids like this. I wish I would have bought this months ago, but hey, I’ve been perpetually exhausted for years and finally get to sleep now!!! Thank you, zarbees!!!
