These little pills are amazing for being able to get your little one to sleep quickly, sometimes you just need the extra help when they go from 0 to 100% because they know its bed time! I have a particular 4 year old that loves to get hyped up before bed, shell do anything not to go to bed! These do the trick safetly and quickly! Cons: I do have to say, maybe for a 4 year old and under 1 whole pill may be a bit too strong. I noticed the first few nights when she needed to get up to go to the bathroom she couldnt quite wake up well enough to go on her own she would cry and I would have to help her...so I have since cut the pill in to half pieces and that works just as well while still letting her get up and go on her own! Overall these pills are amazing! Just please make sure you dont over do it and cut the pill if need be!

My five year old granddaughter takes these about 20-30 minutes before bed. We did a ton of research on a natural sleep aid for her before we bought this one. Puts her to sleep & keeps her asleep all night. No morning drozziness with this at all. However, my granddaughter thinks they are kinda sour….not so much that she refuses to eat it. Great product for our family.

Work good. Takes about an hour to kick in but my son sleeps soundly and wakes up refreshed so the dose of 1 mg is just right. HIGHLY recommend.

Our son is 3yrs old and has Autism. We don’t give this every night to our son, but sometimes we give him one pill on days that he wasn’t as active, or on those restless nights that he can’t fall asleep. It used to take him about one hour of kicking, mumbling, getting out of bed, rolling on bed etc. to fall asleep. At first we tried not to give him any sleep aid, however our doctor said it was OK to give him Melatonin if he can’t fall asleep in less than half and hour and has trouble deep sleeping. It’s best if you give the child the pill at the start of the bedtime rutine, this way the effects has time to work it’s way through their system and they can fall right to sleep once they are in bed. It takes my son about 30mins to fall asleep and he is 40lbs. This pill has been a life saver. Our son used to get up in the middle of the night, sometimes at 2am, 3 am or 4am and won’t fall back to sleep or would fall back asleep in two hours. Later in the day he wouldn’t be able to concentrate or go to preschool because he was too tired to wake up from being up all night.

Purchased for an adult. Works, but taste is more tart than the last batch of the same brand.

These work for my toddler, but he doesn’t love the taste. but he makes a hilariously cute face when he chews them up so it’s OK ha ha

I was hesitant to start giving my 3-year old melatonin, even though I personally have had some great results with it. However, his nighttime shenanigans were getting out of hand. No matter how tired he was, he fought bed time hard. We have had a solid bedtime routine in place since he was an infant, but once he transitioned from crib to bed, he would keep coming out of his room and cry to come downstairs for a solid hour, with the cries often escalating to full blown screaming. His pediatrician recommended this product in particular, as she uses it successfully with her own kids. Weve been using it for a month now, and he literally asks to go to bed. Even if we skip a night, bedtime is much smoother as its re-set the routine. Bedtime is back to being a happy experience for all involved. Quick disclaimer - this will not help your children stay asleep, this is only meant to help them fall asleep.

I hardly give reviews unless the product is extraordinary or subpar because in those two cases it’s worth my time to drop some lines. This product falls into the extraordinary category because I tried countless other products (even adult products. Yes im ashamed but I did because my grand kids were driving me insane staying up til the wee wee hours in the morning when my two sons brought their kids over). I was on the verge of not allowing them to spend the night because they just wouldn’t fall asleep until 2 or 3am in the morning when they’d come visit me every other weekend. It’s absolutely imperative that I have my sleep. Before I declared they could no longer sleep over because of their insomnia issues, I decided to come here as my one last final resort and I bought this product with absolutely no expectations it would work. I just wanted to say I tried before i cut overnighters out with the kids. The next weekend, the kids came over, i gave it to the kids at 9:30pm and they were out like a light in exactly 1hr. I just thought maybe they were extremely tired since we had a very full day of activities. 2nd weekend same scenario except we didn’t do many activities due to inclimate weather. 3rd weekend same scenario and a moderate day of activities. Without a shadow of doubt, At that point i knew it was these pills because in exactly 60 min after giving it to them, they are out like a light fast asleep when that was absolutely unheard of before trying these pills . I greatly thank this company for helping to save my weekend sleep overs with my grandchildren because now we can continue to create wonderful memories together with their sleep overs since they will go to bed now with ease within 1 hour of me giving them this product. No more anxiety about worrying about when they will ever go to sleep. No more sleepless weekend nights that gave me a bad start to my week days because of my sleepless hyperactive grandchildren keeping me up all night long. Because of this product, we all have a good night of appropriate rest and excellent sleep that’s starts a great day ahead

This product is great! I have a 3 year old with autism and a 5 year old that struggle falling asleep. And these chewable tablets work every time, within 15-20 minutes my kids are sleep.

We use these for our special needs boy. They are the only one he won’t spit out. They dissolve quickly and have great flavor.
