Greater than one weekI purchased the floating log for my red-eared slider. Since it is an aquatic turtle, it doesnt really need the log and I have never seen her climbing onto the log, but it is an adequate resting place even though she is a mid-sized turtle (3 x 5 carapace). The log is authentic looking and has holes in it which would allow a baby turtle to move through. The log is a nice addition to my red-eared slider turtle habitat. Dr. Darrell D. > 3 dayI bought for ACF and they love it, along with my blood parrots they were both hanging out in it by the end of the first day. I see them selling in stores anywhere from $45-50 I got online for $27. It is very big as i was hoping, wouldnt reccomend for anything under 50 gal due to size. Over all a happy customer got product with 3 days

> 3 dayMy turtles love their log! Im so glad that I got it for them. I wish that it was larger, so that it could last them for a long time. Sometimes all 3 try to get on top, 2 can sit up there. They look so cute peeking out of the window! I love it!

> 3 dayThe log just kinda floats from one side of my 55 gal tank to the other, and the turtles have no idea what to do with it. I think they’re too big for it also, so that may just be the problem since they’re both adult female red ear sliders. I think it would work a lot better if there was a way to keep it floating in one spot, instead of all over the tank. I really love the idea though and it looks pretty cool

> 3 dayWe bought this for our 2 water turtles who are now about 4-5 in diameter. They love to get in it, and poke their heads out the holes. We find them in it, more than on top of it. But, they really seem to like that they have a place to hide, but keep their heads above water. Floats well, and doesnt spin over. Ours did not have a suction cups, and no obvious way to attach to aquarium, so it is free floating.
