I wish everything could stay where they belong

I just purchased a new bed frame, and all was great except for four of the thread holes would not allow the bolt to screw in. Instead of shipping the entire 50 lbs. plus metal bed frame, I decided to attempt to fix it instead. The set arrived a day earlier (which was super nice since our mattress was on the floor), and I was able to fix all four holes with the 8M 1.25 tap. I lubricated with a couple of drops of oil and slowly turned back and forth until the resistance felt less. I removed the tool, cleaned the hole, and the bolts screwed right in perfectly. No wiggle, yet no issue threading in. I might not use this set very often, but its nice having it be part of my tools just in case. Happy customer here!

I bought this to replace an old set that I had that had some pieces missing. This set seems to be pretty comparable craftsmanship wise and there are plenty of taps and dies.

Used this for a gas burner project and was surprised to see an npt tap included. This is a really nice set of taps for the money.

taps are sharp and cut cleanly.many taps require a letter drill for correct thread depth.most home users/handy persons do not even know what those are.a drill set to go with these taps would be nice.tap handle is really not all that good,cheep.most big box stores can set you up with something better.i still use my 30 yr. old ratcheting tap handle

There seems to be some confusion as to the size of the dies. I measure them as 25mm round dies.
