14-04-2025Re-write of review....like others I have had the same problem with leds detaching, they work well but was hoping I had the answer for the adhesive issue, guess not. :( I will gorilla glue it back on tomorrow. Shipped quick and everything came together. Probably didnt need to order the extra add-ons that were suggested (did not use) but did use about six feet of the plain wire suggested for the short run to the power source. Adhesion seems to be mentioned quite a bit in other comments. I used a alcohol pad but you could use alcohol and a clean rag to clean the surface your adhering to....I had to pull off about 3 feet to fix a gap I left under a little section and it pulled off way to easy but I re-attached and it is holding up fine. It was the perfect size for a golf cart roof with about 18 leftover.....cut it and added my plain wire to power/switch and it works great. Very bright!!!
